This home is in the heart of it all...only 4 miles to the upscale Coconut Point mall and 4 miles to Gulf Coast Mall, 2 miles to the huge Miramar Outlets and approx. 15 minute drive to Bonita Beach. Rookery Pointe community is gated and has a jr. Olympic heated swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, pickle ball area, clubhouse with exercise facilities.

Estero is the place!

House with all the amenities you would need. The lanai was the best with tv and covered sitting area. Enjoyed this every morning. Owner was very accommodating and gracious. The location and community were fantastic. We love Estero.

The pandemic struck

Had to leave after two weeks as it was getting scary. I had hoped to have some sort of credit but it was not forthcoming.

Hi Dee, I, too, had to leave my rental in Charleston and was not reimbursed for my remaining days there so I could not reimburse you. In fairness, I extended to you an offer of coming at any time you wish to use your remaining time. I stand by my offer. Thank you.

Very unfair. Elinor, you had a spotless house when you entered my home in January. I reimbursed the cleaning fee when you promised to leave my house "squeaky" clean, which was not the case. I've had nothing but positive reviews up until your stay.
