Noll House is located within walking distance of the amenities of Rumbling Bald Resort. This budget-friendly home is sure to become your family's hub for gatherings in WNC.

High ceilings are throughout; there are three bedrooms on the main level (1 bedroom with two twins, one with a queen bed, and a large master bedroom). The living room features a large television that rotates and can be seen from the kitchen, the dining room, or the living room. There is a full bath in the hall. There is a comfortable deck off of the dining room with a swing that is sure to please.

The lower level offers a bedroom with a full bed, a lovely little laundry area, a half bath, and a really cool game room with a pool table and air hockey with a large flat-screen TV.

WiFi, cable, and Internet-based telephones are included.

With all these magazine-worthy home offers, you and your family and/or friends (sorry, no four-legged guests) will surely enjoy your stay at Blue Ridge Sunrise. This home is 9.5 miles to the Beach at Lake Lure, 10.5 miles to Chimney Rock State Park, and 19.3 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC).

Great Gathering and Entertainment Spaces. This beautiful resort home has four bedrooms and 2.5 full baths and can sleep eight comfortably. Its open floor plan and two levels make it convenient for a family group and equally nice for couples traveling together.

The dining table seats 8, and there is additional seating at the kitchen counter for two more. Get your family and friends cooking together in the functional kitchen, or go out on the patio or screened porch and grill under the stars (the gas grill is near the back entrance for easy cooking near the kitchen).

The lower-level entertainment room has a pool table and more. If you prefer, relax on the deck, enjoy the sounds of nature, and take in the incredible views. With this house, you get even more!
