Our cottage has been completely remodeled and downstairs studio is ready to welcome you! It is located on a quiet one way street filled with beautiful mature trees. Enjoy morning coffee or glass of wine on the covered patio overlooking the grassy yard. Walk 3 blocks downtown to dine at one of of the over 60 restaurants and enjoy art studios, breweries, concert venues, and festivals!

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and gorgeous soapstone countertops. The bedroom hosts a plush new king bed with luxury linens, walk in closet and large Smart TV. Bath has as a tiled glass walk in shower with large soapstone vanity countertops and charming barn door. Living area has a large sectional sofa that could offer additional sleep space and a 42 inch flatscreen TV.

Light and bright! The kitchen seats 4 at the dining table and offers additional bar stool counter space seating. Entire space has light gray hardwood floor like tiles. There is a brand new front loading washer and dryer in enclosed closet. New AC, heat, WiFi and Cable. Netflix and Hulu available on TVs with your own account access.

Experience The River Arts Districts for culture, music, art, and food! Tour The Biltmore Estate, take a LaZoom city tour, brewery tour, or hike the Blue Ridge Parkway. Trader Joe's, Earth Fare, Harris Teeter and Starbucks are right around the corner!

AMAZING CHIC!

Loved Carol's adorable place! Stayed 2 months and didn't want to leave. Walk to downtown and grocery stores very convenient. Can't wait to come back!

A Great Stay

This is a great place to stay. It is a large size, with a separate bedroom and a large bathroom. The unit is well stocked and has everything you need. Carol has done a good job of anticipating what a person needs. The outside patio is a pleasant place to sit when the weather allows. Carol is easy to reach and prompt with responses. The location is in the heart of the Montford neighborhood and close to downtown, as well as easy access to all the highways. We will definitely stay here again if it is available.

Wonderful apartment - Perfect location

I relocated to Asheville and was fortunate to find this perfect apartment while I looked for long-term housing. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed, full kitchen, updated appliances, comfortable king-size bed, large sofa, TVs, and walk-in shower. I felt safe, the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. There is a jogging/walking path that starts a couple of blocks from the apartment which is perfect for walking or running. My walk to my favorite downtown restaurants was less than 10 minutes or an $6 Uber ride. Carol, the owner, was so welcoming and friendly. She stayed in touch to make sure I had everything that I needed to make my stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment for short or longer term stays.

Lovely, cozy and conveniently located studio

We were pleased with our month long stay at this beautifully decorated studio. The king sized bed , separate from the rest of the living area , was exceptionally comfortable as was the leather sectional in the living room .The kitchen was well equipped, and the separate bathroom spacious. Within walking distance of downtown Asheville.

Most convenient location and impeccably decorated

I have nothing but great things to say about the six weeks I spent at Carol's place. Her attention to detail in the design of this guesthouse is something I appreciated on a daily basis. It all works together in perfect harmony to create an extremely peaceful and restful place to call home for as long as you need. The location is as good as it gets in Asheville. The unit is close enough to walk to all the restaurants, coffee houses, art galleries and book stores downtown has to offer. It is also just a five minute freeway ride to West Asheville which every visitor must experience as well. When I return to Asheville next, I hope that Carol's place is available because I would not hesitate to have the opportunity to call it home once again.
