We had the most lovely stay in this unit! The location is perfect- just a few minutes from Kona Town, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed having our morning coffee with the view of the ocean from the lanai. Our two teenage boys enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Ed was super helpful with suggestions on things to do and places to see on the island!Overall, great value without sacrificing the comforts and conveniences we wanted. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Base Camp for Adventures

We had a great time on the Big Island and the stay here made it even better. It was the perfect home base, from the well-stocked kitchen to the pool to the AC to the great selection of books. The kitchen even had a crock pot, which was great for starting a meal and heading out for the day. During our stay, we ran out of trash bags and new bags were delivered the next day. Great place for a family of 4!

Ideal location with great amenities

We were very pleased with our stay. This was our 1st trip to Hawaii, and I had communicated with Ed and he was great with tips. Shops with in easy reach, and lots to do on the big island, all with in driving reach. The place itself is very well kept & well stocked with every thing that you can think of. Towels & beach gear - even snorkels & a cooler to carry your drinks or lunch if you need to keep it cold for a day trip. We stayed 8 days & we had so much to do & see that we didn't have any time to enjoy the pool that is with the property - which also has a gas grill if you wanted to grill something to eat for dinner or lunch. Overall an A+ rating for our stay here.

I cannot be more pleased with the stay

The condo was perfect and exactly as described. We had all that we needed for a great stay. Several beaches were within walking distance and only really required a small drive to wherever we wanted to go. The whole team's kindess was amplified when my daughter became sick and we had to extend our stay by one day. Ed and his boss found us a unit in the same building to occupy. I was very impressed and grateful for their kindess. I would highly recommend.
