If you go in the summer expect no air conditioning. It was so hot you couldn't enjoy it or sleep. No elevator and if you're up very high the unloading stuff was terrible.
Owner was very responsive with great communication. This property worked really well for our family trip as we were able to have plenty of beds for everyone, and enjoyed using the Copper Lounge area for a family luncheon. Pool, hot tub and sauna were fun! Thanks for a great stay!
We had a great couple of days of spring skiing for our first trip to Brian Head. Scott was a very helpful and responsive host, and the condo was cozy with a well-equipped kitchen.
Everything was well stocked. We enjoyed the amenities (pool, fitness, sauna). Was disappointed with the overall cleanliness, it was brought to the attention of the host who said they will follow up. Appreciated the timely and detailed communication with the host.
Great location. Fully-equiped kitchen. Super comfortable beds. Great access to ski resort. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Loved staying here and will definitely come back in the future. Host was very responsive to our inquiries/requests and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable.
I have stayed here a couple times this year. Owner was very accommodated to HELP make my stay pleasant. After the first stay I mentioned a small leak in the dishwasher and mentioned the washer and dryer wasn't working both were replaced a couple weeks later when I returned for my longer stay. Thank you I will be Back
Check in and check out we’re really easy. Location was central to everything with ski in/out access with a short walk. Great for groups with kids.

The photos of this property make it look much nicer than it actually is. In reality, the home is quite run-down and outdated. I would not recommend trying to fit 16 people here as advertised. The listing describes five bedrooms, but there are really only three actual bedrooms. The "Capsule" sleeping area is essentially a small, dark closet with no ventilation, making it very uncomfortable to sleep in. The solarium, which is also counted as a bedroom, is basically an enclosed deck that became unbearably hot.Another major issue is that the house does not have air conditioning. Even with all the fans running and the windows open, the house stayed uncomfortably warm at night, making it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the beds and bedding were not comfortable, so getting a good night's sleep was nearly impossible.Overall, the property did not match the expectations set by the listing photos or description. Between the outdated condition, misleading bedroom count, lack of air conditioning, and uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, we were disappointed with our stay.

The photos are of our actual condo.
At night, temperatures often drop into the 50s. Opening the windows (even partially) can make the unit quite cool, so we recommend keeping them closed during the heat of the day and cracking them at night if you’d like to cool the space down naturally.
The “run-down” area mentioned is not inside the condo. The HOA is currently refinishing the interior stairway from the garage to the unit. That area remains accessible during the work, and no construction is taking place that will disturb occupants.
This condo has many five-star reviews.
We loved our stay! Those stairs are no joke but overall it fit everyone comfortably, the price was perfect and the owners responded quickly. If we ever make it back to Brian Head, we’d stay here again!
This condo had plenty of space for everyone to stay and sleep comfortably. I appreciated how large the kitchen was for our gathering. Perhaps I didn’t read the listing closely enough, but it was up 6 flights of stairs, which was a challenge for some guests.
