Maile Retreat ~ Peaceful Home

This spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom ground floor unit home is your home away from home.
Large open living room/dining room is ready to come home to after a long day exploring the beaches or restaurants of the North Shore. Watch the sunrise from your screened in lanai while you plan your day exploring the island.

• Window air conditioner upstairs and in the living room.

This updated unit has two twin beds downstairs with a full bath just outside the bedroom. The kitchen has new cabinetry with dining area inside or choose to dine outside on the screened in lanai.

The primary bedroom is located upstairs with a comfortable loft space that is perfect for the kids or a friends getaway.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, window air conditioner, flat screen TV with Spectrum cable and a full bathroom with stand-up shower. The loft space includes two twin beds so that everyone can get a good nights rest.

There is a washer/dryer in each condo with a small supply of complementary laundry soap. Every condo is fully stocked with linens, bath towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and much more! We have all your kitchen needs such as a coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots, pans, rice cooker, etc.

Stay with us and take advantage of our special Beach Bundle! Every condo is stocked with beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler!

One off street, designated parking space is included and you will have access to one guest spot.

Within the condo complex you have access to three heated pools all with tables, chairs, lounges and charcoal BBQ grills. Grab your favorite fresh fish from the harbor and some Kahuku sweet corn from the farm stand around the corner and you are set! Complementary tennis courts, pickleball courts and a basketball net are all on property for your use as well.

Just a short distance, about ¼ mile from the condo complex you will find the beautiful Fazio Golf Course at Turtle Bay Resort and all the fantastic restaurants they have to offer. You can book surf lessons, horseback riding or helicopter tours all at Turtle Bay Resort.

10-minute drive to Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea Bay and Valley and Shark’s Cove.

20-minute drive to the town of Hale’iwa where you can find great restaurants, shopping and adventure tours like shark tours, jet-ski rentals, and scuba diving.

10-minute drive to Brigham Young University and Polynesian Cultural Center.

Great property and location. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen items, plenty of towels and beach items were appreciated! Could use an ac unit in the downstairs bedroom. But other areas cooled off nicely.

The whole resort was really nice … pool shared BBQ 3 min walk , public beach 3 min drive …. Beach has shade , sun , restaurant…. Beautiful sunset…. Even entertainment at the Stables area…. Few other beaches 20 min drive and lots of shops, food trucks…. I would go back again

Vacation in North Shore

This unit was great for our family reunion. We were able to accommodate 5 people and one child. Perfect set up. Property manager very responsive. Unit had most things we needed for our stay. Close to a lot of beaches, attractions and restaurants.

Perfect Getaway!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Maile Retreat. We had everything we needed. Our daughter had a great time swimming in the pool on the property and at the nearby beaches. She loved sleeping in the loft and we were grateful for the Pack-n-Play for our son. This unit was perfect for a week of fun in the sun. Mahalo!

Turtle Bay stay

The condo was in pretty good condition. The washer & dryer were broken & replaced while we were there but dryer didn’t work due to unavailable parts. Manager didn’t tell us it wouldn’t be fixed as promised before we left so we had to hang clean wet clothing wherever we could to dry. Very aggravating!

lovely stay at Turtle Bay

Nice Property a short walk from beach and hotel resort with many ammenities. Also close to North shore surfing spots. Our adult sons took advantage of the proximety to the surf. Only complaint we all had was that the pillows in the bedrooms were too thick to be comfortable to sleep on. The pillows on the twin beds in the loft were not so thick and were comfortable. unfortunately there were only 2 of those for the 5 of us. Also the comforter on the king bed needs to be washed.

Great stay....

Well appointed condo! Loved having beach equipment and also really appreciated that the condo was stocked with shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, coffee etc. The air conditioner in the master is dated (very loud to sleep with), but we didn't end up needing it as the condo gets great air flow especially with the big sliders to the cute little patio which is screened in. Enjoyed being able to walk to the resort and enjoy the restuarants. Great option if you have a family who surfs but also wants to be close to nice amenities. Didn't book the Stables or Golf, but would next time!

Great location in Turtle Bay

Overall this property was a perfect location! There were a few aspects we didn’t like however, which hopefully can be addressed. The air conditioning doesn’t work quite well- when we checked in the place was a sauna. The second downstairs bedroom didn’t have any AC and the air conditioner in the master bedroom was loud, clunky, and kept me awake all night. Therefore this property is best for the winter months but a poor option for hot summer season in Hawaii. Other than that it was an enjoyable property and we loved the location and manager was very helpful.

Oahu is our family’s go to spot and this condo has everything you would need. It was the perfect size for us. Very clean. Close to the beach and food trucks. Loved the beach chairs, umbrellas and little cooler that was at the condo. Those little things really came in handy and we truly appreciated it.

Great North Shore Spot

This was a great place for our family of 5 to relax after staying a few days in very busy Waikiki. Pool was not crowded here, beach access was great. Kitchen had everything you’d need to cook meals, plenty of space to stretch out. Traffic in and out was a bit busy because of construction and tree limb removal but it wasn’t too bad. Great place!
