Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach. Grocery store Harris Teeter (24 hour) is conveniently located half a block from the condo for all of your shopping needs.

Great room offers a nice brand new 55 inch smart flat screen curved TV with a stand and a DVD player, 2 leather couches that convert to a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, new glass boat shaped coffee table, dining table with chairs, bar stools and a door to a huge corner balcony for you to enjoy the ocean view, sun set and palm trees. There is also a nice brand new washer and dryer, as well as a dresser with night stands and lamps.
