Located just off the first road on the left coming out of the Prom, 50 metres from coastline prom entrance, walk 500m through bush and boardwalk to a quiet family friendly inlet beach.

Uninterrupted magnificent views of Prom mountains and Big Drift, Strezlecki Ranges and surrounding farms and countryside. Native fauna and flora abound, with beautiful flocks of birds flying overhead. Listen to the sound of waves of the nearby beach. Enjoy a short walk to the beach through bush and along boardwalk to sit on the beach and view the sunset. A night walk to the beach will reward you with more stars than you've ever seen (on a clear night!) all the way down to the horizon. Five bedrooms with wir's: downstairs is one master suite with full bathroom, the second master suite with ensuite, both with king size beds. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with king size beds and one room with two king singles, sharing one bathroom and separate toilet. Also upstairs is a huge living room with massive tv and study nook. There are also two single trundle beds if you need them. 

Three living areas (two downstairs one upstairs), cooks kitchen featuring Miele Induction cooking (90cm), Thermomix, Delonghi Primadonna coffee machine, juicer, etc: cook up a storm between you, your family and friends! Huge tv's and bluray library for a relaxing evening in. Books, magazines, puzzles and games, foosball too, to suit all ages. Digital baby grand piano to pursue your passion and talent, or simply to keep up practice!

Large 2.5 acre garden for ball sports, and fire pit to seat 15 (be aware when fire restrictions are in place). Large, safe, spring free trampoline for extra fun!
