Just a few steps to 7 miles of white sandy beach and an easy five minute stroll to the famous Old Orchard Beach Pier, amusements, shops and restaurants. Great location and made to accommodate family, friends and ones who enjoy comfort, amenities, and relaxing by the beach. Accommodations include private garage, professional cleaning (and no cleaning fee), AC, heat, bedding, linens, bath towels, Hulu Live TV, Wi-Fi, coin-operated washer/dryers on site, outside shower, gas outdoor grill, outside deck with chairs, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, silverware, glassware, utensils, and plenty of storage in condo and garage. What a great location! A minute walk to get to the beach, which allowed for early morning and evening walks. Far enough away from the pier made for a less crowded beach, but close enough to walk to whenever we wanted. The neighbors were so helpful and kind! The house itself fit our family of 5, and the included amenities were greatly appreciated! Especially the beach gear! We had a wonderful stay!

Fabulous location and responsive owner

This is our second summer renting from Kevin. The location is superb and the condo has everything you need. Kevin is extremely responsive and kind. We had the opportunity to meet him in person this year when he dropped off some extra items for our stay. We plan to return !

Nice property in a great location

Reviews are very subjective, but let me describe all the things we like about this property: Location: a short walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. This end of the beach isn't as crowded. A very short walk to the beach. Interior: Spacious, well laid out, comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen Parking: You have space for TWO cars!! Utilities: Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower, on-site laundry, super-fast Internet, and I could get 5G on my cell. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep (for people who find stairs challenging) but otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like about the property.

Nice spot next to the beach but this isn’t clean at all

To start I noticed right off the bat every piece of furniture had a grimey feel to it, the bed in one of the rooms the blankets and sheets were soaked even though we had just arrived, and the bathroom smelt a bit like sewage constantly. I never expect perfection going into this places but I have never stayed in one quite as gross as this one. Positive note the host was very responsive and you are steps away from the beach.

Jeff, during your entire 7 day stay you never once complained to me about anything. If something had been dirty I certainly would have sent someone over immediately to evaluate it and fix anything that wasn't right. I find it hard to believe you slept in a bed with wet sheets and blankets...

Quick walk to beach and town

Kevin’s place was the perfect location! We were steps away from the beautiful beach, and an easy short walk to Palace Playland, the pier and all the shops. My family and I visited for a full week, and never ran short of things to do. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The surrounding neighbors and visitors were very friendly, and Kevin was easy to communicate with and easy to reach. I loved that we had a garage space to park in and extra beach supplies available (chairs, sand toys, boogie and skim boards- umbrellas, through we used our own umbrella). Would recommend bringing extra towels if you have a teenager who wants to use them all. We also bought more toilet paper for the week, but we expected to need to. Overall we were very happy and would stay again!

Great place to stay with a family! 1 min walk to the Beach. Nice Kitchen ansldvbathroom with everything we need! Full oh Beach Stuff in the garage so dont need to bring anything from home ( more space in the car ) easy and clear communication with the owner!

We stayed here with our 2 kids (ages 3 & 4) for the week. The neighbors are friendly, the place is quiet and has everything you need for an easy walk to the beach or pier.

Location Location Location

We could walk to the beach at any time day or night, and we did. It was so convenient. Great beach for long walks. My 7 year old loved walking to the carnival in the evening. Good restaurants nearby. The fulltime neighbors were so welcoming. It is a safe and friendly community. The condo is basic, but very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is nicely stocked with anything needed to make a meal. .Kevin was a very responsive and lovely host.

Great location

The location was great, very quick walk to and from the beach with a potty training toddler. The area was on the quiet side making it easy for naps with a baby. Also a quick walk to the pier, many restaurants, and entertainment. Having a garage to store all the beach gear in made things so much easier. Kevin was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. It was a great vacation for our family.

Perfect location & space for your family

Kevin was an amazing host. He was on top of any question I had and his hospitality was over the top. The condo was clean and up to date. Quiet neighborhood and welcoming neighbors. The location is perfect because you’re right at the beach, so no need to cross busy streets and if you forget something or need a restroom you’re back at the condos in just a few moments. With young kids this is huge when you think of all the “stuff” that comes along with them and the extra potty breaks that pop up out of nowhere with major urgency. Same goes for the pier, such a short walk that if you won a big prize or had left overs from dinner you could drop them off at the condo and head right back to the fun. The garage has all the beach items you could possibly need so no need to pack the chairs or get stuck paying $40 for a boogie board at a souvenir shop that you’ll never use again. We will be back year after year.

WE LOVE OOB

BESIDES NOT BEING DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, THIS CONDO IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE, TWO NICE BEDROOMS AND A LIVING ROOM WITH A PULL OUT ( NOT VERY COMFORTABLE BUT WHICH PULLOUT COUCH IS) THE OWNER HAS PLENTY OF CHAIRS AND SOME BOOGIE BOARDS TO USE SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO PACK TOO MUCH. HE WAS ON TOP OF ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. SOMETIMES WE HAD TROUBLE WITH THE INTERNET BUT PROBABLY SO MANY PEOPLE ON AT ONCE SINCE ITS SHARED WITH THE OTHER UNITS. I WOULD DEF. COME BACK TO THIS UNIT.
