Everything was awesome had a little hiccup with the maintenance man’s car being parked right in front of the house for most of the first day, Other than that everything else went pretty smooth thinking about booking it for next year!!

Very clean house-loved the outside deck and front area of the house; very roomy inside. This is a nice old beach house. Bathrooms are small and a lot of stairs going to the second floor. There will be noise coming from the Sky Bar which is directly behind the house. Very close to everything! Had a great time.

Great choice for a lot of people, wish there were TVs in the room and the beds were more comfortable but it wasn’t bad at all for the location.

Location and driveway are perfect for big families or for the trailer and motorcycles. House was clean and plenty of sleeping arrangement options. Front porch is nice to sit out under the umbrellas and enjoy the weather. Definitely recommend and plan to rebook.

Awesome location!!!!! Great stay with a great price. Don’t really understand some of the bad reviews. You don’t get brand new for this price!!! Cleaning crew did a great job preparing the house for us. They were there working diligently right up until our check in time. Hats off to them-THANK YOU!!!!

We honestly enjoyed our stay and would have no problem recommending the property based on the overall experience. The home was comfortable, and we had a nice time.Our main disappointment was the 260 cleaning fee. For that amount, we expected the home to be thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Unfortunately, I had to clean the bathtub, clean the coffee maker, and sweep the floors and the steps myself. I understand that cleaning fees are part of renting a vacation home, but 260 is a substantial fee, and I feel the cleanliness should have reflected that cost.We also had an issue with the refrigerator/freezer. We understand that the instructions mention that it can take some time for the refrigerator to get cold after arrival, and we were prepared to give it time. However, even after three days, it still was not functioning properly. We were barely getting any ice—approximately 12 ice cubes at a time—and we were unable to keep ice cream frozen. So, unfortunately, this wasn't simply an issue of the refrigerator needing a little extra time to cool down.Aside from these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the property. We just feel that for the cleaning fee and overall cost of the stay, these are things that should have been addressed before guests arrived

We personally clean and prepare the home, and I take a great deal of pride in making sure it is thoroughly cleaned before each guest arrives, including the tubs, floors, and steps. The tubs are older, so I understand that they may not have looked as fresh as newer ones even though they were thoroughly scrubbed. I do appreciate your comments about the coffee maker. I agree that a pod-style coffee maker would be more convenient for guests, and that is something I’m going to look into. I’ll also have the refrigerator/ice maker checked. It normally produces a substantial amount of ice, so I’m surprised to hear that you were having trouble with it during your stay. I may also add a countertop ice maker as an additional convenience for guests. Thank you again for the feedback. I appreciate you bringing these things to my attention, and I’m always looking for ways to make the stay even better for future guests.

2023 Beach Vacay

The house was bigger and had more space than the post shows. It was very homey and plenty of room for our huge family. They had beach chairs, towels and any thing you needed to make meals. We only had to walk straight down the road about 2 minutes to get to the beach. I would recommend the cleaning crew be a little more thorough when cleaning for the next group to check in. All in all it was a wonderful experience

Bucket list

Our time here was relaxing. There was plenty to do to stay occupied. It was peaceful at night as well. The only unfortunate thing that happened was when a couple was passing by, coming from a local bar, and the lady decided to do her business behind the shed while our kids were outside playing. My brother confronted them about how disrespectful they were being and ran them off. Other than that all was good.

Top-notch location!

We decided to have a family get-together in Myrtle Beach and were glad to find this home that easily accommodated all 14 of us. It was pleasantly clean and better than expected. The location is top notch! Right next to the beach- All we had to do was cross the street and the bridge to the sand was right there! Very convenient for family members who wanted to hang out at the water, or go back to the house to nap or eat at their leisure. Our whole stay, everyone in our family kept praising the convenient location. Only caveat- bring earplugs to sleep at night. There is a bar right behind that plays loud music into the night. We turned up the humidifier fan to drown out the noise. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here for another get-together.

July Vacation

Location is fantastic and close to everything!!! The bar directly behind the house is loud and bright until 2am or so every night. And the neighborhood lights themselves in parking areas etc also very bright. No curtains in the windows so getting sleep was rough. The house had plenty of space for all 11 of us. The front deck is old and some of the planks are raised and or the gap between them is wide,posing a tripping hazard. This happened a few times during our stay. Overall the location couldn't get better and would stay again. There was left over hair on the shower walls in the downstairs bathroom off of the kitchen, floors especially the staircase were not swept very well upon arrival. Communication from the property manager was timely.

The host for this property was extremely nice. They found a beach wheelchair for us to use the entire week. Allowed us to use a pool at a nearby property that was not completely booked. Showed us a property that we can book in the future. The house itself was a bit dated. The bathrooms were small and most of my family had to bend down to wash their hair in the shower. The bar behind the house is open to 2 am every night so bring a fan or sound machine something to help drown out the noise. The ac works well. The beds only have a thin spring mattress on them. We purchased a foam cover to make them softer. I brought a small pod coffee maker they have the old style coffee pot. We loved the toaster that did bagels as well as toast. No dishwasher so prepare to wash dishes. The front porch is fabulous. The umbrellas along with the breeze gave us a perfect place to hang out and talk. We loved how close it was to everything. Overall the location, the space and the friendliness of the host outweigh the noise and few small problems of the house.

The house was perfect for Junior SOS as we were right near everything and could walk to all events. Just a short walk to the beach so very convenient. The only complaint I had was the beds were not comfortable at all. Would highly recommend getting some different mattresses. It is an old house and could use some updated but it was just perfect for our stay. Will def. be back.

Property review

The property is located in a nice location near the beach, the property is okay inside, the price is reasonable. However, there were some few big roaches that need to be taken care of, the beds need to be upgraded, dining table, better TV set(2 no) and Serious cleaning need to be done both inside and in the compound. That would make the property an ideal vacation of choice in my opinion. Otherwise the response to the needs were quick and easy. I would book again if those few improvements are made and shown on clearly booking site. Thanks
