Welcome to Bonanza, where the Old West meets Luxury Home. This rental is the private main floor of a converted Victorian home, located in the Historic District of Idaho Springs. Two spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable king beds and quality linens. The bathroom features a large shower with two shower heads. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable living room. This unit features a deck, reserved parking space and is just steps to the famous Miner Street, lined with fabulous restaurants, shops, and more.

Idaho Springs is a charming town in this. Home was a delight to stay in. A very short walk to shopping and restaurants. The parking spot was an added bonus. Very comfortable accommodations. Would highly recommend and stay in again!

They found the bonanza very cute and very clean. It was in a fabulous location and within walking distance of everything in Idaho Springs. The two king beds were very comfortable and the laundry facility was wonderful to have right there with you. Our hosts were very accommodating and communicated with us very well if we ever come back to Idaho Springs we will definitely wanna stay here again.

This home is nicely appointed and is as described. The location is perfect to enjoy Miner’s street food and shops. Also it is perfect to go down to water wheel and take a nice easy hike along the creek/river. Safeway is an easy .5 mile walk; 1 mile round trip. I had contact with the host and they were friendly, respectful, and quick to respond. We stayed during a hot period. We knew there would be no central air or AC units as this is a small mountain town in Colorado. Unfortunately there were only 2 windows that opened in the mud room and we were uncomfortable. There were plenty of fans, just no air to move. Everything else was exactly as described and I would be happy to stay here again just not during a hot period.

We had a wonderful trip staying in Idaho Springs at this property and skiing at Loveland. Idaho Springs has such great stores and places to eat! The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed!

Great house in Idaho Springs!

We stayed at the property for a wedding and it was perfect! The location was close to everything, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner & breakfast, plenty of towels and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if needed!

Idaho Springs

Great central place to stay. One block from the cute old downtown. Amazing hiking in all directions from Idaho Springs. Golden Gate Canyon was our favorite hike (Mountain Lion trail). Place was clean and kitchen well stocked.

Great property, great location.

We've stayed here twice and will again if we return to the area. Super easy, very nice. Idaho Springs is a gem. Access to all sorts of amazing recreational activities. Highly recommend.

We chose our vacation home in Idaho Springs for many reasons - the area's history is fascinating, and the location can't be beat for accessing all Colorado has to offer.
Our home is 113 years old and is featured in the city's Historic District. The interior has been lovingly updated and we hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Beat the "ski traffic" that clogs up I-70 in the mornings. Walk to the breweries at night. Curl up with a movie from our collection, or get out and hike a 14er. This home is well suited for all types of travelers.
