Park multiple cars on the driveway and head inside. At the front of the house there is a king bed with TV which is serviced by a bathroom with toilet, vanity and shower/bath combo.

The second bedroom has King bed with TV and the third bedroom comes with Tribunk with Queen bed underneath and single bed on top.

The main living with split system provides a relaxing space after a busy day at the beach and is open plan into the kitchen with gas log fire keeping you toasty in winter. The kitchen has everything you could need for your time away. There is also a filtered rain water tap in the kitchen for anyone not enjoying the unique Port Fairy water taste.

From the kitchen the house leads into the second living space, with armchairs and a TV. Ideal for popping the kids to decompress after a busy day. The second bathroom with walk in shower and toilet can be found here with the laundry that has both washer and dryer.

The enclosed back deck has a large L shaped sofa with picnic table for outside dining. This leads out onto the grassy back garden, and games room in the garage.

The game room in the garage has something for everyone! Challenge you friends and family to a game of table tennis, pool, air hockey or darts - Winner picks the takeaway destination!
