There are all the usual mod cons you would expect as well as separate laundry with both washing machine and dishwasher as well as separate downstairs toilet.

The dining table seats 6 and leads into the living space with comfortable leather couches ideal for those quiet evenings with good wine and good company in front of the fire. Large floor to ceiling glass doors off the kitchen lead to the outside area, decking with outdoor dining, BBQ and space to relax surrounded by greenery. An oasis of calm in the town.

Upstairs are the three spacious bedrooms all with King beds, their own split system and personal TVs. The master bedroom has walk in robes and comes with its own large ensuite with a walk in shower. There is also a second bathroom with large bath and separate walk in shower.

Please note this house does not suit young children and is accessed via Barclay Street. Only one car space at the property in a secured lock up garage. Secondary parking is in Barclay Street with permits provided.
