Magical Mangawhai Sunsets

Beautiful big spacious family home in Mangawhai on lifestyle block. Positioned to get all day sun and the most magical sunsets with a stunning rural outlook! Our home is 7 minutes from the Village, 10 minutes to the heads shops and roughly 7-10 minutes drive from Te Arai and Forestry beaches. Our home features 4 big bedrooms (all with stunning rural views) which can accomodate up to 8 guests plus a baby (we have a porter cot).

Our home was built in 2017. We have a big open living space with lovely indoor/outdoor flow that is complimented by our stunning gas fire and open plan ply kitchen! The kitchen hosts a double door fridge with built in water/ice maker, 5 burner gas hob and an oven. We also have a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. We dont have a microwave (personal preference) but could make one available should it be required.

We have 4 spacous bedrooms and two bathrooms (ensuite and main bathroom). The main bedroom features a superking bed, the ensuite (with a ranchslider in the shower) and a wall hung 32 inch TV. The 3 other bedrooms have queen size beds (two are my children's bedrooms) and the other is our guest bedroom. The main bathroom features a wet area which hosts a walk in, rainhead tiled shower and a stunning freestanding bath with a gorgeous view - perfect to soak with a glass of wine and watch the sun set! We have concrete polished floors throughout the house (excluding bedrooms) so we are happy for you to bring your family pet. Our outdoor space is big which features lots of decking (low to the ground which is perfect for little kids) and a Family size Webber bbq for summer cooking. We also have a 60 inch smart tv with all the extras and unlimited internet to keep everyone happy on those not so nice days! We have two children (6 and 3) so our house is perfectly set up for families - no clutter! We have lots of toys (indoors and outdoors) including a newly built playhouse with a sandpit as well as a whole lot of adventure awaiting on our 12 acres of lifestyle! We can easily configure our house (bedrooms) to suit a group of adults if approved.
