The Space:
A Beautiful 2-story 4-bedroom Home (plus bonus room downstairs that could be used as extra sleeping space/ bedroom). Perfect for a large family get togethers or several groups of friends. It Has Easy Access to the Lake, Hiking, Biking Trails and Casinos. Great Entertaining Space in the Large Open Living Room With a BBQ On the Upstairs Patio. There is a movie room/ extra bedroom downstairs that you can enjoy movies on our home-theater system and projector (10' screen!).
You can also enjoy the Hot Tub in the back yard under the pines that seats 7.

-Master Bedroom Upstairs: King Bed & Queen Bed With Bathroom.
-First Bedroom Downstairs: Queen Bed
-Second Bedroom Downstairs: Queen Bed
-Third Bedroom Downstairs: 1 Double, 2 Singles
- Movie Room: Futon + Comfy Fold-out Couch

Guest Access:
- All Household Items Are Included. Towels, Sheets, Blankets/pillows, Shampoo, Soap, Conditioner, Dishwasher Detergent, Laundry Detergent and Paper Towels Are All Provided. the Kitchen Includes Standard Pots and Pans and All Basic Kitchen Tools.

Interaction With Guests:
- We Will Be Available Via Email Or Phone During Your Stay. We Want You to Enjoy the House As if It Was Your Own - But if You Run Into Any Issues - Just Give Us a Call.

The Neighborhood
- The House is Located in a Beautiful Pine Filled Quiet Neighborhood Near Meyers. It is a 10-15 Minute Drive to the Lake With Biking & Hiking Trails Right Out the Front Door.
there is a Great Grocery Store Called Lira’s, a 5-minute Drive Away.

Other Things to Note
- There is a 2 Night Minimum Stay for the Fall/spring and 3 Night Minimum for Summer (memorial Day to Labor Day) and Thanksgiving/ Christmas/ New Years.

We are Jeff & Danielle from San Francisco. Jeff is originally from Ohio and Danielle Sonoma County. We met and fell in love in San Francisco and bought our Tahoe home a few years ago as a place to get away with friends during the winter.

We love hiking, biking, skiing and taking the boats out on the lake. When not playing outside, Jeff can be found in the Bay Area, working as a Product Design Engineer. Danielle works as a Design Researcher at Square.

Why they chose this property

Jeff is originally from Ohio but moved to the bay area in 2006 and immediately fell in love with Tahoe as his adventure getaway. Danielle grew up going to Tahoe in the winter. We bought the house as a place to spend time with family and friends. We use the house full time in the winter but rent it out the rest of the year. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

We Immediately Fell in Love With the Location and the Space for All of Our Family & Friends. When You Are Lounging in the Living Room (2nd Floor) You Look Around and All You See Are Pine Trees That Make You Feel Like You Are in a Giant Tree House.

there is a Great Bonus Room Downstairs That We Turned Into a Big Movie Room With a Projector and Cozy Couches.

and a Night is Not Complete Without a Dip in the Hot Tub.
