Stunning Shoal Bay Apartment - Panoramic Views and Unlimited Wifi

Beautifully renovated and simply stunning North facing apartment captures breathtaking views of the pristine sparkling waters of Shoal Bay. Enjoy the amazing vista from this luxury self-contained apartment that can be appreciated from every room opening out to the large balcony. Lift access to the apartment. Stroll across the road to Shoal Bay Beach and enjoy the cafe precinct.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, large swimming pool in the complex plus a games room that can be enjoyed only by guests and residents of the Breakwater apartments. Fabulous for an afternoon around the pool, then kick back in the games room complete with large flat screen TV, pool table & kitchen facilities. This apartment is within a security building and provides unlimited Wi-Fi.

This property comes complete with all beds made with linen, bath towels (and beach towels) and a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso Coffee Machine - BYO pods) and laundry. Simply arrive enjoy your holidays straight away.

Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.

Perfect Shoal Bay property.

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Breeze 403. It is a beautiful, well appointed unit with excellent views of Port Stephens. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach, eateries and shops. I would also like to mention the cleanliness of the property and the quality of the linens used. Can’t recommend this unit highly enough!

Coffee, teas and all kitchen cleaning products. Beautiful big shaded balcony with deck chair and table and chsirs. Magnificent view to water and a few minutes walk to beach. Only downside was the noise and music from the Ramada bar until late in the night. Otherwise perfect

Beautiful unit loved our stay

We loved our stay the communication from the staff at the Bay holiday properties was amazing we had to change our dates and this was no problem for them and they phoned on our arrival to see that we we were able to get into the property at which point we did need help as we hadn’t realised we needed the swipe card from the locked box thank you Abbey as for the property we would happily return it is a beautiful apartment with amazing views and so clean. Had everything we needed and we also had access to a lovely pool. My only recommendation would maybe be a second Television in the main bedroom. We hope to return soon.

A maxing apartment. Expansive and beautiful view from the balcony and every room. A modern beautifully furnished apartment, well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Large TV with Netflix. A minute walk to beautiful Shoal Bay beach or enjoy the pool. Loved our stay.

Stunning Views

We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay at 403 Breakwater. The owners have done a terrific renovation the apartment is stunning as soon as you walk in the door with the decor and the beautiful outlook is perfect. The beds were very comfortable.
