Private Mangawhai Home with Stunning Views

This modern family home that naturally lies to the north east with all day sun received and wide spread views obtained over surrounding farmland toward the bush lined Brynderwyn Ranges in the north, the Mangawhai Heads
settlement in the east, Mangawhai Harbour in the south east and the outer islands and coast of the Hauraki Gulf. Mature plantings about the site give a level of privacy and wind protection.

The open plan kitchen and dining area encompasses the view in a sunny room with polished concrete floors and modern facilities.
The 3 bedrooms are located down the eastern end of the house and a covered patio deck that divides the sleeping and living areas of the house.
Our sleepout lies 20 metres away from the house that holds a double bed (and portacot if needed). This elevated sleepout has stunning views over the harbour and property.
Our property is private with no neighbours ensuring a peaceful, quiet setting. Only 10 minutes to Mangawhai Heads Surf Beach and shops, and 5 minutes to Mangawhai Village.
There is a large expansive lawn for drinks and dinner outside or a game of something. The spa sits out off the lawn nestled in the garden to give unobstructed views of the panorama of ocean and bush.
Our fire BBQ makes for an ambient evening feel and the taste from the natural wood smoke can't compare. (We will supply the wood)

Tents are also able to be pitched on the lawn on request at a maximum of 4 extras at $25 pp per night

NB: Our Laundry is situated in our garage which will be locked up with our possessions. We will however, provide free of charge a Laundromat card with credit for the local facility.
