Well, think no more, this is not a dream, its the popular holiday home called Elandra. It's position is priceless, and allows you to sit back and enjoy the waves crashing, or the whales splashing and ALL from the comfort of your living room!

The Space:
Elandra is located on the popular seaside strip of Seagull Ave.

Everything about it oozes beach, no road in front of the uninterrupted amazing views and with a secluded track down to the popular swimming and surfing beaches of Chiton Rocks.
What more could you ask for?

The property has three bedrooms, one bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen and a large living / dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and the yard offers grassed areas for the kids, and a gas BBQ.

The living area has a flat screen T.V, comfy lounge and swivel recliners. Elandra’s patio ocean views are from Port Elliot to Victor Harbor and beyond. Dine alfresco while watching the most spectacular sunsets!

Million dollar location would certainly recommend.Although a slight upgrade would be good.

Excellent location with million dollar views.Although property would certainly benefit from an upgrade to toilet and Kitchen it certainly met our needs.Also the added benefit of allowing dogs made it perfect.

Best view and location along the coast!

What a jem, an oldy but a goodie! Amazing views straight out the front window to the beach. Watched a whale, seal, and trains go past, and lots of surfers! Chton Rocks Cafe a short walk away. So relaxing, definately recommend.

Our Favourite Getaway

We love Elandra. This was our 3rd year. Everything about it enables you to relax and be comfortable. The views are spectacular and the beach is just a hop skip and a jump away. A magic place.

Delightful stay

Thank you for the most delightful holiday on the seafront. My husband and I were in need of a relaxing holiday and your beautiful holiday home at Hayborough was the perfect fit. Waking up each day to stunning views of the ocean and watching pods of dolphins play is something we will never forget. A great place to curl up in those comfy chairs and read - such a rare pleasure. Loved the old style charm and character of this gem! We look forward to visiting again soon. Cheers Cathy

Family Friendly

Property is a bit dated but comfortable. The views are amazing and so relaxing . The house has everything you need but there is no washing machine. However there is a laundry trough if needed. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning sometime next year.

Stay at Elandra , Hayborough

Great location , but bedding ie mattress protectors and quilts were of very low cleanliness ( blood, body fluid stains and hair were a real put off) . I believe if you pay for cleaning you should stay in a clean house. Chairs and carpet need cleaning or replacing. View from house fantastic but overall quite expensive for the house.

Beauty and the Beast

The beauty is the sweeping views of the southern ocean looking across from Port Elliot to Victor Harbor and the Bluff, the quiet location was relaxing to say the least while sitting in the reclining chairs and looking out of the large front windows taking in all the views. Dolphin sightings every day which the kids loved too. The property is well located only 15m from Victor and less to Port Elliot. The beast is that it is a very old property well due for a makeover which is fine however the cleanliness of the property on arrival needs work. Overall however the views and location made this trip an enjoyable stay.

The view is wonderful. The fact is we knew to take linen but had to go buy handwash and toilet paper. Place needs a good clean. To be dog friendly needs fencing

Stunning location!

Absolutely the best views ever and we found the house to be quite comfy. It is an older home, so if you are expecting all the mod cons if may not be the best, however it met our needs very well. We had good weather and were able to utilise the huge front lawn area (having a picnic dinner each night). There is not really any outdoor shelter. We had a wonderful family holiday and this home is definitely good value for money. We would recommend it. NOTE: Did not have a washing machine.

Awesome Views

The breathtaking views from Elandra are the best we've seen in the world! So handy to the beach or just looking at it from the house. The house is adequate but could do with a good declutter & clean.
