The area was lovely, the pool and workout area was great. The construction was horrible, we left 2 weeks early.

Thanks, Pat, for your feedback. As stated in our VRBO ad and restated in your lease agreement for the period of your stay, to which you signed and agreed to, there would be construction of the exterior of the building, and accordingly, the rental rate from the peak Jan to Apr period was reduced considerably for any inconveniences you would encounter during your stay. Please note that our building is the last one to undergo multi-million dollar exterior renovations and all renovations in the complex are expected to be completed by May/June 2017, restoring the entire complex to its original grandeur. I, like you, would have liked the construction period to have happened any time other than peak rental season and be a lot shorter. Thanks again for being our guest and providing your feedback.

Good location and unit

The unit was as advertised and had a lot of space. The area was good and we could get to shopping and other venues (such as Ruth Eckerd Hall for concerts) easily. Workout facility and pool area were very nice. Frank was very easy to deal with and responsive when there were any questions. We would recommend staying at this property.

Yes, our complex is a hidden gem (after the extensive renovations of 2017) but is so close to attractions in the Tampa Bay area. We look forward to having you as our guests again.

Great Property, Great Owners

We just stayed at this property (for a little over a month). The property was great, very comfortable, spacious and well kept. We just brought our clothes, the apartment had everything else. The community complex had a well equipped gym, study/work room, and a very nice pool which the kids loved. Safe area and great location just of US 19. Frank and Kate, (the property owners) were great hosts. They were extremely helpful, and were on top of everything during the rental process. I would recommend this property to anyone and would stay here again.
