This comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 4th floor offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax in the cozy living area with a flat screen TV, perfect for quality family time. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, with a dining table that seats six and additional seating for four at the bar. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The primary bedroom has a comfy king size bed and a flat screen television so you can unwind after a long day at the beach. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen television; the guest bathroom has a tub/ shower combo as well. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds. This condo sleeps up to eight people.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present
