This a One bedroom condo within 1 mile to the beach that is situated in the middle of Multi Million Dollars Homes on a Hill Top. This property has many views of city lights and peek a boo ocean view with palm trees in the background. This condo has been freshly painted, modestly furnished, and great sunlight. This property is my personal resident, so still has some of mine belongings inside. You will access to half the closet space in the master bedroom and cabinet space though out the unit. The property is fully carpet, with ceiling fans. There are two smart TVs, with internet wifi cable. There's a pull out sofa bed that sleeps two.
