Fathoms 7 is situated on the first (1st) floor with a view over the pool to the beach and ocean Perfectly positioned to get the morning sun on the balcony overlooking Mollymook beach
The apartment is in a resort style complex with a pool, tennis court and communal a large grassed area
There are 2 bedrooms

Maximum of 5 people can be accommodated
The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, oven and microwave, there is also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Very well presented apartment, close to beach and shops. Pool and tennis court were great. Ideal for my 3 year old grandson as toys were an added bonus. Also many other items such as dishwasher tablets, garbage bags etc included which often aren’t in self contained accommodation. The host was very helpful and easily contactable. We definitely plan to stay again.

Hands down, this was the BEST condo/villa I have ever booked in Australia!! Everything was provided (although I couldn't find an umbrella but it only rained for a few hours!!), including all kitchen gadgets, loads of board games and DVDs; plush towels, and super comfy bedding. We couldn't get the DVD player to work so she popped round and showed us how. The complex is pretty fantastic too!! Freshly moved lawn (HUGE area!), great pool and tennis court, and an absolute fantastic view of the ocean. If I ever need a place to stay in Mollymook again, I'll look no further than this perfect piece of paradise.

Location was perfect! Having the option of the pool and beach right across the road were great. We even used the lawn for an afternoon of Finska. Would stay again

Amazing stay!!

Amazing location to stay, the apartment was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay again!! Only slight downside was that the bedrooms were quite warm with no air con. Other than that it was amazing.

Unfortunately I can’t add ac into the bedrooms as there is a concrete ceiling The bedrooms face west so best to keep blinds down in the daytime and use the ceiling fans The AC is available in the main living area I’m glad you enjoyed your stay Hope to host you again soon 😀

Beach side relaxing at its best

It was so relaxing a place to stay. View of the beach, easy walking and driving distance to all the things we came to do. The apartment was very spacious and the balcony out the front was really enjoyable. Good parking, fairly quiet (nice not to be here out of peak holiday season for once) Highly recommended for a nice break.

We loved our stay at Fathoms 7

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen and appliances are modern and the owners have included everything we needed for our stay (even lego duplo for the kids). Such a great location opposite the beach. We loved waking up to the sunshine and the waves and even spotted some dolphins from our balcony one morning. We would definitely book again. Thanks for a lovely getaway in Mollymook.

Everything you could want

This property provides everything you could want to either relax or be active. The location is great, it is clean and there is no need to take anything more than your personal effects, everything else is provided. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect getaway location

The unit is perfectly located for what we wanted, so quiet in winter, great view of the beach. A very easy walk to the beach, club, park, coffee shops. Tennis racquets in the unit meant we were able to enjoy the courts. Everything we needed in the unit. Couldn't fault it, beautiful stay. Thanks.

PERFECT!

My 2 friends and I had a wonderful 2 days at Fathom 7. Great location, wonderful view and Diana was a wonderful host. This unit has everything you could possibly need with books, puzzles and every cooking utensil you can think of. Weather wasn't great but that didn't dampen our stay. Easy walk to the beach, coffee shop and Golf Club. Thank you Diana for a wonderful stay.

Lovely Mollymook

We were showing a friend from the UK the beauty of the NSW South coast. This two bedroomed apartment was ideal for its location and facilities. I don’t think we could have chosen better! Many thanks to the owner who made our arrival and check-in so easy by sending us photographs of the features, and to our friends who recommended the owner’s apartment. Our friend returned to the UK full of praise for our short break!

Thank you for your review - the smoke alarm is a 10 year alarm - no battery can fall out as it is a sealed unit, - it was replaced 6 months ago The recent humid weather we have had here may have been the reason that the unit had become slightly unstuck from the ceiling - I have re applied it to the ceiling where it was loose I’m glad you had lovely stay at Fathoms 7 and hope you will return soon.

Perfect views for a working holiday

Whales leaping in front of us made it difficult to stay on task and keep writing for work- but we managed! What an incredbile place, super clean, everything the listing said it had and more - like spare birthday candles if you needed them. The pool was great for a quick break swim, and the beach a minute walk. We loved it. HIGHLY recommend the local Asian street eats restaurant in the shopping area. Very quiet despite being on the main road. The wifi was top notch - something we don't usually need on holidays but this was a working holiday to get my writing done to deadline. Thank you so much
