Two bedroom two bathroom great location
Close to everything! Totally renovated!
Two minute walk to the dock!
Our two bedroom two bath condo is tucked away in a quiet community that backs up to Shem Creek. The community dock is the perfect spot to read a book or drink your morning coffee while watching the birds and smelling the salt air. The unit has been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling including new appliances and furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, and full bath with shower tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with closet. Both of the bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs with Xfinity cable and DVD players. The second bathroom has a shower unit, no tub. The unit has one assigned parking space and additional parking is available.

Loud noise and partying will not be tolerated. If neighbors are disturbed the proper authorities will be contacted and you will not be refunded any money.
We are centrally located in Mount Pleasant.
Historic Charleston-wonderful restaurants, clubs, walking tours, horse drawn carriages, tours of historic homes, aquarium approximately 10 minutes away.
