This is a wonderful remodeled apartment located in the heart of Glenwood Springs in a historic building. The place is within walking distance to the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool, Glenwood Adventure Company, Amtrak Train Station, Vapor Caves, and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Ideally located in downtown Glenwood Springs and close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. We are over Outdoor Adventure Company where you can make reservations for excursions and rent bikes or skies.
This unit is very private with only one other unit on the property which is also another VRBO.

Kitchen-has coffee maker and complimentary coffee, tea and microwave popcorn.. We provide basics you need for cooking such as oils, spices, kitchen appliances and utensils. Kitchen has a dining table.

There is washer and dryer on property. Please be aware there is a flight of 18 stairs one has to access to reach unit.

Beautiful location and just steps from the train station. Street noise early in the morning was a minor issue, but to be expected in the heart of the city. The host was great and communicated well with us prior to and after our stay. Perfect little get away.

This was a delightful place to stay. There was so much natural light from the big windows and the furniture was very comfortable. It is a super cute historical building that is in excellent condition. It is right in the heart of downtown so we didn’t have to drive anywhere. The unit manager was wonderful to work with. The parking in front is 2 hr parking during the day, and we were instructions on nearby free long term parking. We will definitely be back!

Great cozy apartment in downtown Glenwood Springs. Within walking distance to many great restaurants. Kitchen had everything you need to cook breakfast or a meal. Would highly recommend staying here.

We loved this little city apartment right in the heart of Glenwood Springs, CO. It was comfy, clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Parking was easy….a parking garage up the street that had 24 hr/ day free parking. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, breweries and fun things to do! The kitchen was well equipped and I cooked a lot of our meals there. It has a washer and dryer in the hall that services the 2 units in the bldg. we had zero complaints….loved it and hope to go back again!

Great location! It was perfect for our 2-night stay. Very clean and cozy. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs since you can hear what's happening on the street in the morning. Would recommend this place overall!

Perfect spot for X Games! The apartment was gorgeous, clean, and the bed was super comfy. You can’t beat being central to downtown and so close to everything. Parking was a little tricky and there are some stairs to get to the unit, but it didn't take away from the experience. We loved it and would absolutely book again!
