Second Floor walkup Flat in the front of the Building looking over Taylor Street “Little Italy” a busy restaurant row. try Rosebud, Peanut Park Trattoria,Tuscany or Chez Joel for dinner and a host of lunch spots. Breakfast at Staxx and Sweet Maple Cafe.

Apartment 2F has 3 Bedrooms all with Queen beds and 2 baths the master bedroom bath is attached.

The neighborhood is sandwiched between UIC University of Illinois at Chicago and the Illinois Medical Center which brings Taylor Street it’s foot traffic. It’s a leafy community with many Parks, Churches, Schools and Families a true Neighborhood and My Neighborhood for 30 years,

This was one of the nicest vrbos I’ve stayed in! There was plenty of room for everyone and it was so thoughtfully appointed with coffee, tea, snacks, bathroom supplies, kitchen dishes/pans, etc. I loved all the artwork and beautiful glass decor throughout the flat. The parking spot and passes for our additional car were great. The location was perfect for us. Communication with the host was good too. There was a little noise from the neighbors and nearby restaurants but it was not bad and expected in a city. We’d highly recommend it.

The house is fully stocked with everything you can think of and need, bandaids, snacks, toiletries, washing detergent etc. The Tv is signed into the apps, and it’s just an easy breezy time. It’s located perfectly to restaurants and bakeries. I love the location and the host was very perfect! I would stay again

Our stay at Bella Villa was great. The apartment was very well equipped and was as shown. We appreciated the jar of candy on the counter as a nice late night snack!I would say the only down side is the apartment is over a bar. Being it is in a college area and Thursday night was college night it can be very loud. The bar also had live music on the weekends which was loud. I wouldn't say it is a deal breaker, but you may want to have ear plugs handy for sleeping as some in our party had trouble with the noise. We still had a great time and it does quiet down eventually.

Overall, a fantastic find. Two small issues we noticed at check-in - dirty dishes found in oven and a broken glass in cabinet. Quickly overlooked because we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vacation in the “Windy City”. The Host was wonderful and quick to communicate! We will be back !!!
