Lovely heritage family home over 2 levels. Convenient layout, large kitchen, separate living/dining area. Fantastic location within walking distance to all that Hobart has to offer.

Portable cot and high chair available upon request.

No parties or events to be held at property.

Large party trips not accepted such as bucks, hens, sports trips.

Please place rubbish and recycling in wheelie bins upon check out - thank you! Host will collect outdoor bins on a Monday afternoon for rubbish collection.

Gracious house in a great location

Returning from 3 Capes Walk the house had all the amenities we required. (Though some extra tea towels would help) very clean and light and a lovely, accessible walk to Salamanca district. Perfect for a large group of friends (7), so long as you negotiate access to the one bathroom/toilet! Thanks for a lovely stay. Will come again after future walks!

Lovely comfortable house

The house is in a great location and is very comfortable. Maria was very accommodating and helpful. Fresh flowers in every room was a beautiful touch. Would recommend Rosebud to anyone wishing to stay in Hobart.

60th Birthday reunion

Rosebud House was excellent. The situation of the property in Sandy Bay was just what we wanted. Marie the property owner could not have been any more welcoming. There was 9 adults staying for 3 nights and all had a great time. Highly recommend Rosebud House.

Fresh clean and comfortable with great character

Great house recently done up with style. We had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. Close to Sandy Bay shops and about 1km to the Salamanca precinct. We had a great week here.
