The property is situated on the hill overlooking the bay, and backs onto the reserve providing significant walking and bike riding trails (or dog walking trails) to enjoy. Take a quick drive down to Coningham beach and swim in the turquoise waters and white sands. Kettering and the Bruny Island Ferry is 8 minutes down the road, or continue on down the D'Entrecasteaux Channel to sample the incredible fresh produce, including berries, seafood, cheese and wines.
