About this property
Country charm meets laid-back luxury, where time slows and hairy moos roam
Tucked between the rolling hills of the Huon Valley, Eden Farm sits just outside the charming town of Cygnet. Our 40-acre property is a relaxed country escape, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The heart of your stay is a beautifully restored 1935 Barn, now a warm and welcoming retreat for up to 9 guests, with space for extra cots if needed.
Once solely an apple orchard, the farm has evolved into a blend of productive gardens, fruit trees, open paddocks, and a friendly mix of farm animals. Guests are invited to join our daily afternoon feeding tours — a chance to meet the animals and experience farm life up close.
We also craft our own raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and small-batch artisan cider right here on the farm. Wander the paddocks, keep an eye out for native wildlife, and you might even spot our resident platypus in one of the dams.
Eden Farm is all about slowing down, reconnecting, and enjoying the simple pleasures of nature. Breathe in the fresh Tasmanian air — it’s country living at its finest.
To follow our life on the farm visit our facebook page.
We are in the middle of the Huon Valley and close to great beaches and fishing spots, we have rods available on request. Also close are The Tahune Airwalk, Hastings Caves, Bruny Island and the Salamanca markets just to name a few. A special mention of all the of great Vineyards and restaurants is in place or get your hands on our fresh local produce and cook up a storm in your own kitchen.
