We loved our stay in this charming historic home in Fredericksburg! It was spotless, had plenty of beds, and was in a fantastic location. Diana was wonderful and made our stay even better. She has thought of absolutely everything you might need! Such a lovely place full of character! We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay. The property was spot on, very spacious and clean. The host were great to communicate with and everything you would need was right there. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a relaxing time. We will definitely look to stay here again when we make another trip to Fredericksburg. Thank you all so much.

Great property with a lot of larger beds for our group which was extremely nice. The owner communicated often and day of check in and personally greeted a few of our group that got to the home first. Wonderful property and owner. Look forward to staying at this property again!

My girlfriends and I had the most wonderful time staying at Studio B. The property was perfect for our group of 6 ladies (from 56-82 yrs old) and provided all the amenities we needed for a fun filled weekend. The house was very close to shopping and other main attractions in the area. The host family checked on us throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back for another girls trip - and we might even bring our husbands next time!

Best weekend getaway!

Planned a girls weekend in wine country and your home was one of the best parts! Their hospitality was off the charts! Each room and all the details of this rental were amazing! Its location was also great for the places we went. We will definitely rent here again!

Great location and super host

This property is great for groups of friends. The house is charming and extremely comfortable! The host is responsive and our visit in Fredericksburg was fun! The house is on a quiet street just a few blocks off of Main Street.

Good house for a group

We had a group stay here for a weekend trip & the house was as listed. It was clean & the check-in & check-out processes were simple. There were also a lot of shops/restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here for trips to Fredericksburg.

Great weekend!

Our party of 11 had a wonderful weekend staying here! Lots of laughs and enjoyment sitting on the front porch at night and with morning coffee. Everything was perfect with this historic house.

Enjoyed our time

Enjoyed our stay. The home is closed to the main areas in town. Home is very large we had 12 people and there was plenty of room. The host was very nice and made sure we had everything thing we needed. Clean, location and great host. What more could you ask for.
