You'll have hardwood floors, a great mountain view, and a classic cabin interior (complete with a gas fireplace) for up to nine lucky guests.
In winter, Heavenly Mountain Resort is under two miles from your door and if you want to try your luck at the casinos, they are only about a mile and a half away in Nevada - that's about a 15-minute walk. Stay here and leave your car parked!
The comfortable living area has seating, a large dining table, and a full kitchen with major appliances. The pine paneling creates a woodsy appeal, but you'll also have modern amenities like a TV, DVD/VCR, and WiFi.
Two bedrooms are on this main level, with two more upstairs. Bed choices include three queens and three twins for up to eight guests. There is also a bathroom with a shower on both floors. You'll also have a washer/dryer.
Outside, you'll find a patio, gas grill, and of course, the relaxing hot tub. The perfect ending to a day on the slopes!

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
*Please note that children of all ages count towards occupancy.
City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances Violation of ordinances can result in fines up to $1500:
a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is 8 persons. Up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit.
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved surfaces.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
