Our 10 day stay was amazing. It was unusually humid and having another A/C in the living room could have been helpful but we were not in the unit much. The amenities are wonderful and it really has a resort feel. Troy was wonderful with responding in a timely manner, was polite and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back.

The unit has not garden view, street view, I am person with sleep disorder, I was looking for quiet place, but this unit was noisy because in front of windows parking place, road and railroad was noisy 24/7

Hi Lyudmila, I'm sorry to hear about your sleeping disorder. That being said, we do have double paned windows to reduce noise, and as long as you sleep with the windows and sliding glass door closed, you can rest easy. The view from the balcony is the front garden area, which includes the small checkin parking lot. I'm sorry if that did not meet your expectation, though we do have a picture taken from the balcony in the listing. While I am disappointed and a bit surprised to see that you were displeased enough to leave 1 star when I didn't hear from you at all during your stay, I wish you all the best.

We are 2 seniors traveling with our 18 yr old grandson. This property was perfect for all of our activities. The beach access was great and we had all the appropriate toys we needed. The pool area was beautiful, as were the grounds. Our condo was cozy and very quiet. We had a great time. I would stay here again.

My family of 4 stayed for 5 days and it was wonderful. A quick walk to the beach whenever we wanted, followed by a heated pool and huge hot tubs. We were looking for a beachy spring break and we got it! Condo had everything we could need.

We loved our stay! North Coast Village is always incredible, and our host was wonderful and super responsive. The condo was great and well stocked for cooking meals in. Everything was clean and comfortable (looked like a brand new mattress on the pull out couch). We would (and plan to) absolutely stay again!

We love this location! The host was very accommodating of our travel plans. There were plenty of beach towels, a variety of boards, and many toys on the balcony to use at the beach and pool area. Note- this property faces the front of the complex where the train runs regularly.

Of the 4 times I have stayed at this location, different units each time, this is the worst I have stayed in. It is not dirty, just old and dated with dingy carpet in bedroom, rug in living room all frayed on ends, and furniture is just old and worn. The bed, bedding and bedroom are terrible. It is not horrid, dirty place, just something you do net expect at such a great property. Like comparing a super 8 to a Hilton.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. The communication with property owner was quick and he was very responsive when there was a small issue checking in. The condo is clean and has everything you need for a nice stay.

My husband and I spent a week at B110 and had a wonderful stay. There was a little hiccup when we first arrived but we called our host and he was right on it resolving our concerns. This is a very nice property and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a home like setting by the beach. Both the condo and property are very well managed. We will definitely consider this property for future trips.

We had a wonderful stay. Clean condo comfortable arrangements. The check in process was nice and easy. We loved the grounds with all the plants and water features. And having a short walk to the beach in either direction was just amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Location & Lovely Suite

Great location

This was a great place to stay. We walked to the Oceanfront boardwalk everyday. A wonderful place to get away with the family.
