- A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and soap is provided. Guests are responsible for providing their own after the starter supply has run out
- One set of bath towels is provided for guests. Please bring your own towels if you think you will require more
- This single-story property features step-free access via an elevator. Outside, there are a few steps are the beginning of the boardwalk to the beach

Loved this condo! Very cute decor and everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for simple meals. It was great to have the beach cart and chairs. Super close to the beach and lots of amenities at the resort. Large pool and pool side restaurant were amazing! Will definitely rent at HHB&T again.

Such a cute place!

This was a very nice condo that was so cutely decorated! The kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals. Beds were very comfortable. The condo is only steps to the beach. We will definitely revisit HHB&T and this condo.

Perfect location on the beach!

Perfect for two! It is a very tight space. It was only my boyfriend & I and we couldn’t imagine 6 people fitting comfortably. Having a place to stay on the beach was everything we were looking for! Less than 10-15 minutes from any restaurants on the island! Enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect spot for a family vacation!

We had such a great stay at this condo. It was decorated so nicely. The option to use toys and wagons on the balcony was so considerate. We actually forgot a part we needed for our tent, so we were able to borrow the tent at the condo. We will definitely be staying here again! Everyone from the property owner to the Evolve management team were very friendly and helpful!

Slightly Disappointing

Location was good. Pool was nice. Room was not up to our standards: very small for a family of 5 (children ages 7,5,4), no batteries in the living room remote, not enough towels for our 5 day stay or toilet paper. Overall our stay was okay but not a place we would stay at again.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was nice and cozy. The only issue we had was we could hear everything from other neighbors across the hall because the walls are very thin. The condo was tucked away in a strange part of the complex. When trying to sleep at night a lot of light came into the room from the outside hallway lights. Other than that the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and was very close walking distance to the beach and pool.

So wonderful!

This is an adorably decorated condo. Its comfortable, feels secure and safe. There's even a security officer that walks the grounds. The laundry facility is at the end of hall outside the front door. The walk to the beach is very close, and walking the beach at night can be really fun finding different crabs. (the small white ghost crabs are cute and they don't bite.) I highly recommend staying here. The communication was wonderful and super friendly. The customer complaints I read about toilet paper or other necessesities are up to you. Be mindful that when you stay at a VRBO, its not the tenants responsibility to give endless amounts of products. Its not a “hotel”. Its a families home that are willing to share with the rest of us.

This unit is exactly as pictured and is the perfect size for a family of four. It’s an easy walk to the beach and pool and Jamaica Joe’s is great for drinks and bar food. Only issue was floors weren’t vacuumed and cleaned to my liking but they have a vacuum and I brought wipes to clean up floors. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Cute and cozy it was just what we were looking for with our 2 kids. Mattresses could have been more comfy and more towels provided, but overall a good spot. The bunk beds seem to be more for kids 8 and under. Love the colors of the place and enjoyed our stay. Very close walk to the beach.

Our first time at HHI

This was our first time going to Hilton Head and we were nervous and didnt k ow what to expect, and I was so so happy with our 24/7 contact jeff Markle fron the beginning and then going into the condo was amazing it looked exactly like the pictures and was in an amazing location and we could see the ocean from our balcony! It had everything we needed to cook in and it was comfy and cozy! Also the resort itself was great with the pool and tennis court. All the activities were so fun! We really enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back next year!!!!
