A well equipped house with everything I needed. I particularly enjoyed the remote feeling of the property nestled in bush land and listening to the sounds of nature day and night. Yet only 10 minutes from the closest town and easy access to a multitude of beaches, national park/state forest and lots of inland water for kayaking. A beautiful part of the coast and well worth spending time exploring or just relaxing on the deck.

The house was ok. Combustion fire was very warming and there was plenty of wood supplied. Position was very quiet which was relaxing. Unfortunately not enough warm bedding supplied for winter and the beds were very old and uncomfortable. Access to the beach was overgrown and flooded creek and leeches prevented us from getting to the beach on foot. Had to drive. Overall ok though a bit disappointing.

Thanks for your feedback - The owners always appreciate it.
The property is supplied with electric blankets so being warm in bed in winter has never been raised before. We are thinking that perhaps you did not find them or mention the issue to the real estate agent.
Regarding the path, the owner keeps their portion clear however part of the path belongs to the State forest and that is beyond the owners' control. So it may be best to drive if the path is too overgrown for you to navigate.
Thanks again for your efforts to advise us.
