The centerpiece is the Play List artwork in the primary bedroom, a stunning work featuring song titles, artists, and release years — all of which have been downloaded and made available on Spotify so guests can listen along and see each artist on the television. The open-concept main level features a stylish living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, along with a convenient half bath. Great property! Really close to the lift and convenient to the area. Check in was flawless and super easy. Once inside, the unit was immaculate and fully updated. The private parking garage was a nice touch also. Don’t be worried if you see it is in the next building, it’s 100 ft from the door. Tracee and Sandra were amazing with communication and even helped me recover an item I left behind. All in all an above and beyond property with even better management! Thanks again, looking forward to my next stay.

We loved the property. It was an easy, very short walk to the base of the mountain, clean, perfect size, and the covered parking was a plus. We would definitely stay there again.

Exactly as pictured - was perfect for our family, well equipped kitchen, comfy. Within walking distance of both downhill & nordic skiing! The only upgrade would be black-out shades in master bedroom - outdoor lighting kept it far from dark. We would definitely go back!

Great location - easy walk to the Park City resort lifts! Hot tub and pool were a welcome spot after a long day of skiing - 2 min walk from the condo - great rec spot as well!
Unit is well maintained and the issues noted in other reviews were not an issue. Quick responses from the management company who was very accommodating and helpful! Great place, I would stay again!

Really enjoyed this place for a quick weekend getaway of skiing. Check-in was quick and easy. Place is very nice, clean and well furnished. The parking was confusing as it was under building #2 instead of building #3 where we were staying and it wasn't mentioned anywhere but that was an easy fix after doing some searching. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were great after two days on the slopes. Would definitely go back.

The building we were in was difficult to find, as it shared a garage with another unit. Once we found it we were very happy with it. Just note the upper floor bedroom gets extremely hot during the day so best to keep a fan running to avoid 80 degree temp when you get back from your day.

Great property, clean, spacious, great service. Literally a 4 minute walk in ski boots from the property to get to the First Time lift, but if you want get to Payday it's about 10 min because you hit the hill and it's another couple hundred yards. Definitely walking distance. The free PC shuttle is very close and convenient. The unit was well appointed, especially the kitchen. Will stay here again!

This rental delivers everything as promised. The walk to the slopes in ski boots and skis over the shoulder was like walking in from the parking lot of a regular ski resort. The bedding was clean, bathrooms spotless and fully functioning, kitchen appliances and pots and pans - everything we needed. We loved the privacy and view out the back window. This condo in Three Kings is a no brainer for the $$.

Good or better in every way but telephone and internet accessibility
It’s a nice spot, terrific location to the resort, very clean in all the common use places, less so in the areas of least or more difficult accessibility. Kitchen pans don’t sit flat on stove, some so bad they look like they are popping a wheelie. Not recommended for the serious cook, but kitchen was fine to reheat things. The internet was non functional. I was there to work my husband to ski. I lost an entire day of work due to it, but the property management company was excellent and finally after finding no other solution they brought a little hotspot in for my use. That allowed me to work otherwise I was going to have to go home. Verizon telephone service only one bar in this condo and one of the property management staff acknowledged the area was a Verizon dead zone so my own hot spot was of no value. The property management were very accessible and very responsive. If I were an owner I could be confident they were doing their job. Master bed downstairs was very comfortable! Bathroom had lots of storage room. Ski rack at front door kept everything in one spot. All in all I would stay again if internet was fixed and I planned to eat out or order takeout for dinner meals.

The condo was clean and nice with a well stocked kitchen. The carpet upstairs did have a few stains that needed to be cleaned but other than that no complaints.
