We loved the location. There is no hand rail on the stairs outside so that was challenging for me as I have some mobility/strength issues. The view of the river was awesome and the screen porch a real plus.
Great place, Awesome host. 3rd time I've stayed here and I will be back. best fishing on the Little Red river. The fishing is so go here we had 4 different boats pull up to the spot. All 4 disappointed we were already fishing here.
The Huge Dock is the Star of the show for our Family's annual trip to the Little Red River. We all had a great time! The neighborhood is quiet and serene and friendly. We would absolutely stay again and again here! The Host was very accommodating and friendly!
We love to stay here. Everything is always neat and tidy, well stocked. I have lost count how many times this makes of us being here. Great host as well. If we aren’t in our camper we will definitely be back again and again.
We stayed at a house right off the dock where we had a successful fishing experience! Environment was quiet and house was clean prior to arrival. Host was helpful and communicative when needed. We’ll definitely be back!
We loved our weekend getaway! Comfy, clean cabin w beautiful views of the Little Red River. Fishing was so fun and we enjoyed eating the trout we caught. Such a quiet, peaceful dock to fish off and enjoy our morning coffee. Great screened in room and wonderful living room- both w incredible views.
The house is very well stocked, there is nothing other than your clothes, shower stuff and your fishing rods that you needs to bring. . Easy access to town, and some hiking. Dock is prefect for fishing all day! We will rebook again!!
Great for fishing trip - Stayed there last year - enjoyed it even more this year - again, greeted by neighbors' dogs (one is old friend from last year and one a well mannered pup) - the cabin is not fancy but very comfortable and has everything you'll need (besides fishing gear) - no cable but has a smart TV and WiFi - nice dock and judging from the fishing guides in boats (and the fish we caught), this is a good area on the Little Red - only negative is that there is another dock right across the river and unfortunately there was a guy that was not as interested in fishing as he was talking on his cellphone on speaker - kind of disturbed the "peace and quiet" - saw otters and even a bald eagle
Trailer was good the view was great. Wanted to leave the windows open but they were too dirty and the screened in porch had a lot of holes in the screens letting bugs inside. The entryway steep’s were sunken and slanted making it hard to go up or down for someone my age. Overall it was pretty good but it could have been a lot better.
Location is perfect - scenery is great - cabin is great for fishing trip - simple, but accommodating - might want to bring some DVD's as there is no cable service - cell service is decent - even had a "welcome wagon" of 2 very friendly and polite pups that did not stay long - very relaxing stay - fishing was ok - ate trout 2 nights - Heber Springs is only a 5-10 minute trip for "supplies" - plan to return and will probably bring a small boat - dock / bank fishing is ok, but . . . . guides were using this area and were able to fly fish from a boat - might want to bring some DVD's as there is no cable service - cell service is decent
This is a really nice place. Everything you needed, just bring your food!
The place was very clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen.
Bedrooms we’re comfortable and nice bath.
The view of the river is probably the best I have seen and I have stayed in several VRBO’s in the Heber area. Easy access, no long stairs to clime up and down.
Book It! You can’t go wrong!!!
Rained off and on for five days. No problem cover dock to fish off of with great results.covered BBQ grilled chicken wings and trout one evening.inside had everything to relax . Jennifer was nice to deal with I hope to get back soon Lonnie H
Nice place in a cozy little area. Super friendly neighbors, and one of the best fishing spots on the river. The house was well equipped and the beds were super confy. We had a blast fishing from the dock. Can’t wait to go back
This is a sweet little fishing cabin right on the Little Red with its own boat dock.
The cabin is small but very cozy. It is well appointed with everything you need. The sheets were buttery soft and the view of the river from both the den and the screened porch is breathtaking. The neighbors are super friendly and so is their dog Jack (Jill is a bit skiddish). It was a wonderful retreat after a day on the lake. The only negative (which could actually be a positive) is there is little to no cell service (at&t) and the satellite tv works intermittently. Jennifer was prompt and helpful answering all our questions. We would most defiantly go back!
I was able to spend an amazing vacation in this home & could not have asked for a better more relaxing place. The home is beautiful & comfy but the views of the river are absolutely breathtaking.
The homeowner was very sweet & available when I needed her.
I will be back!
