Visit to The Villages

Loved everything about the property and the owner was so responsive and delightful. Loved sitting outside watching the sunset and being able to walk to a very good restaurant and bar is over the top. We love the place.

For anyone looking to stay in The villages this is the perfect place. The villa is clean and has everything you need, you can sit out the back with south facing views onto the golf course, and it's a 5 minute walk to a wonderful pool and country club. There's a big thank you to Sharon, the host, for the help and for making things so easy.

We had a wonderful two monrh stay! This was a special time for my husband and I to stay with my dad, and the house and location were absolutely perfect! We especially enjoyed spending time outside on the lanai, watching the golfers and the beautiful sunsets. Sharon, the host, is the best! She was so responsive to all of our questions and understanding too of a few of our special needs. She really made our whole experience easier. We miss the home already and hope to return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home has everything you need to make your stay stress-free and relaxing! Beautiful lanai and golf course view! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. The owner, Sharon was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had which weren’t many. Overall, a great house in a great location to experience all of what The Villages has to offer!

Property was beautiful! Home very comfortable with all the amenities! Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we were forced to leave after 2 weeks. The Villages started to close multiple activities and we realized it was time to leave to get home ASAP! I would definitely recommend this property as beautiful home and nice location! Just wished the circumstances were different and we could have enjoyed ourselves!

Great experience renting this property! Friendly neighbors! Quick golf cart ride to Spanish Springs Square, golf and the pool! A “very” people and pet friendly community. Everything you need is in the home. Fabulous artwork. :) The best part for us was meeting Betty Ann (property owners mom)!

This was our first time home rental and we were impressed. Beautiful, comfortable home that is equipped with all your needs. Steps from the best pool in The Villages right on the golf course, with bonus of a large, fully screened in patio. The surrounding area is filled with every store, restaurant and activity imaginable! Friendly residents with amazing helpful support from owner's nearby family available. Hope we can make it back!

Cleanest place we have ever stayed!

Not only is it the cleanest place! It has everything in here that you need and more. Beautifully decorated mostly everything is new. Has the best pool in the villages which is only a two minute walk. Very close to great restaurants and shopping . There is so much to do but not enough time in the day. Definitely would come back and rent this place again.
