***The outdoor pool house metal roof is being replaced. The vendor plans to begin the replacement at the end of this week, 4/20/26, and the repairs will take approximately 5 days (weather permitting). The outdoor pool will remain open, but areas of the pool house will be roped off. One bathroom will be left open during the roof replacement. There will be intermittent noise during the replacement.***

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom. The oversized balcony has seating for nine, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals.



• Tile flooring is throughout the unit.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table seats six and has two barstools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• The third bedroom features two queen-size beds



Check-In & Parking:



• Keyless entry — no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out



• A maximum of two cars allowed



• No RVs or trailers permitted

Our stay at Bluewater in Orange Beach was excellent! The condo was perfect; right on the beach, beautiful view and perfect size for our family. The microwave didn't work, but we really didn't need it. 3 grocery stores nearby and other shops within walking distance or a short drive. We loved our vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Christmas without cold and snow!

We had a great time here. We had fun at the sandy beach, the close proximity to shopping, and fun places to go. The condo was big enough for the 4 of us to spread out and have our own space. Much need after the ride from Wisconsin.

Great unit at Bluewater. Updated & well maintained. When had a super minor issue with a toaster, the management company brought a new one the same day. Very responsive & helpful. We often stay in this building & would choose this unit again in a heartbeat.

Great coloration, clean condo

The condo was spotless and perfectly located. I appreciated that it was stocked with enough essentials to last us a few days before we made it to the store. The ice maker was a fantastic bonus—it made things so convenient! The oversized patio was another highlight, with a table, lounge chair, and several other comfortable seats. We absolutely loved spending time out there. Another positive, no issues with the elevators or parking. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The only minor downside was that the dishwasher and dryer seemed a bit worn and could probably use replacing. They still worked but needed an extra cycle or two. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

GREAT LOCATION AND CLEAN CONDO

We enjoyed our stay at The Bluewater 1102. There are a couple of things to be mindful of when renting. you are only allowed two parking passes and cannot purchase more. This is not good when you are renting a condo that sleeps more than 6 adults at a time. You are also not allowed to have a trailer, large truck, or small boats in the parking area or you will be towed. Other than that everything was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, quiet, and enjoyable!
