Beach Croft cabin | Ocean views & beach access

Escape to Beach Croft Cabin in peaceful Qualicum Bay on Vancouver Island. Set on a scenic oceanfront property, this rustic, approximately 750-square-foot cabin has lovely water views and a short walk across the property to the beach.

Start your day with coffee overlooking the bay, explore Lighthouse Country’s shoreline and forest trails, or spend the afternoon discovering nearby communities. Return to a cozy living space, an equipped kitchen, a small covered deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ.


The cabin features two bedrooms — one with a king bed and one with a queen bed — plus a living-room sofa bed and a bathroom with a step-in shower. Guests can enjoy the property’s shared fire-pit and picnic area, subject to seasonal fire restrictions. Qualicum Beach, Parksville, Horne Lake, Coombs and the Comox Valley make appealing excursions. This is a relaxing home base for coastal adventures in every season.


Any 3+ night stay booked from September 1, 2026 until March 31, 2027 we will include 1 complimentary golf pass to play a 9 hole round at Arrowsmith Golf Course. Just a 10 minute drive away.

This is a beautiful place to stay within steps of the beach. The cabin is well appointed and cozy with lots of special touches. We enjoyed touring the area with our two adult children. Sarah and Bryan are awesome hosts and had lots of good suggestions for area attractions and restaurants.I loved fly fishing by the Big Qualicum fish hatchery just 5 minutes from the cabin! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property

September week stay!

My wife and I and our 2 adult kids had a great stay at the cabin. It had all we needed and being right on the ocean was awesome for beach combing and fishing! Brian and Sarah are great hosts, we will definitely stay here again if we come to the island again!

Lovely Place

Lovely place, very clean and well-kept. Suits 4-5 people with 2 queen beds (separate bedrooms) and one fold down couch in living room. Beautiful shoreline to explore, nice restaurants nearby.

Great Beach location

Property managers Bryan and Sarah were great, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location is steps from the beach and it is wonderful! The cabin isn't fancy, but it was clean and perfect for our family of 5, to stay in and enjoy days playing in the ocean. A great vacation all around 😊

Great location, fun to wander down and walk on the beach every day. Had a few campfires. Nice privacy. Great hosts. Easy access to numerous places in the area. We had a great time even though it did rain a lot!

Lovely stay

The 2 bedroom cabin was full of amenities and very clean. It is located nicely on private ocean front property. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. Check in and out was a very easy process. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again in the future.

Explore Qualicum Bay

We were very pleased with the cabin and the property. A lovely view from our dining room table. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Bowser was worth a visit: Tomm's Food Village is a good grocer, the coffee shop very nice and the two gift shops were interesting. Qualicum Beach is not too far from the cabin and is a lovely town.

Relaxing and peaceful

Rustic and welcoming with a safe and friendly community feel. We appreciated the information about local places of interest and about the coastal environment. Very welcoming owners as well as property managers. The cabin was a cozy and wonderful home for our family.

Great little place

Lovely property with 2 rentals, we stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin. It was everything we needed. Its not ocean front but has a good view of the ocean and plenty of room to enjoy the beach. The resident caretakers Sarah and Brian were fabulous hosts. Bring ear plugs traffic can be nousy.

Amazing vacation spot

We throughly enjoyed our time at this oceanfront property and will definitely try to come again. The hosts and owners were very welcoming and friendly, and the location was fantastic. We sat on the beach and watched seals playing in the water, and were treated to beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed biking and jogging on the Lighthouse Trail which is located nearby. There are a few restaurants/cafes and an ice cream shop in the near vicinity as well. It is a very peaceful spot which we would recommend to anyone!

Fun times

The location is quite close to Qualicum Beach, beaches, tourist attractions and various trails. The beach is nice and small within a few steps of the smaller cabin. The first few days the tide was high and not able to beach walk however it did finally go out allowing for nice long beach walks. Would recommend for anyone wanting to get away from it all

A week by the sea

We loved our time here! It is such a magical little place and we made so many memories that we’ll always cherish. The cabin itself was spacious and suited our family of four perfectly. The green space outside of the cabin and, of course, the seashore just provided a wonderful setting for our two young children. Brian and Sarah (the caretakers further down the shore) were so helpful and kind. We were trying to escape Florida and it’s heat and could not have picked a better place! Thank you for sharing your special piece of paradise with us!
