My family and I loved our stayed, I wish it had been longer. The location was amazing. Everything you need was closed by or just a walk away.The view is to die for and the beach is so lovely. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon. Maria

Fantastic views and location

This was a wonderful property for our family of 5. Bedrooms were large, the kitchen was well equipped and the views were fabulous. A real treat to find a modern apartment in Caloundra. Such a convenient location to Kings Beach. The pool was extremely cold and we didn't swim in it at all. Luckily the pool at Kings Beach was right across the road! We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Bit disappointed.

Nice spot but quite a hot unit and way too bright with it's white interior in the afternoons due to it's position. The lounge furniture is uncomfy and inadequate for a family of 5 and the kitchen really needs a few more plates etc if it is meant to accommodate this many. Pool is really small and very sheltered and cold. Not our favourite stay at Kings.

Fantastic views over Kings Beach.

Just had a fabulous week at this Kings beach apartment. We have stayed there the last two years and cannot fault the location. A short stroll to the patrolled beach and a longer stroll around the boardwalk to our favourite fish and chippy "beachview". Blue thai orchid is another favourite eatery. The markets on Sunday are good too. A great location to chill.

Wow, what a unit

Our young family of 5 had a fantastic two week holiday in this unit. There was plenty of space, the master suite was fabulous, the view was second to none, Netflix was a bonus and the beds were comfy. Having 2 underground parking spaces was a treat, as we were able to leave the kids' bikes parked and ready and to use. We walked to the Kings Beach Pool, Kings Beach, Happy Valley and Moffat Beach. Having the cafe underneath the complex was great for coffee runs, and the small corner store was handy too. There were only 2 negatives - the pool was very cold and there were only 4 eating bowls in the kitchen. We will be back, that's for sure!

Was a lovely unit! It was very clean and has magnificent views. We did not have Netflix or wifi as it did not work and there was no reimbursement. Was a shame because we didn't take any DVDs away for our children because we planned on using the Netflix. Seeing as though we stayed in winter it would of been nice to have the use of free movies. The swimming pool is freezing as it never sees the sun. Great location and very bright, fresh and modern interior.

I feel apprehensive writing this review as we want to make sure it is available for our next stay here but I do have to let everyone know how fantastic this apartment is. The views are breathtaking and the unit is positioned to take advantage of them through large sliding glass doors. The photos don't do it justice. The kitchen has all top appliances and plenty of crockery for everyone. The position is fantastic as you just have to walk across the road to the beach and surf club with a large salt water pool. To the owners thank you so much for renting out your beautiful apartment to us. We can't wait to stay again.

Luxury with superb view

We love this luxury unit with superb views, have stayed twice now and will be back next year, so clean & very modern. Having free Wi-Fi/Netflix a bonus too. The patrolled beach is so close & so many other facilities, we hardly used our car.
