Unbeatable Location at Kamaole III Beach - Kam Sands Bldg. 1

This third floor, perfectly located, inner courtyard condo in Buildin #1 has a highly desirable single level floor plan. Situated at the end of the building, this unit offers increased privacy and views, with an extra window to watch the sunrise over Haleakala. The lanai looks over lush gardens with fountains and has views of the ocean without road or pool noise.
The condo can sleep 6 and is wonderfully appointed with all amenities to relax or entertain. The master has a comfortable CA king bed and air conditioning, and the other bedroom has 2 twin XL beds (that can be put together to form a CA king) with air conditioning, and the new couch in the living room transforms into a very comfortable, firm, queen sleeper. Living room has a smart TV (bring your passwords for your streaming services) and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a smart TV as well. Free WiFi.

The lanai closet contains beach toys and beach chairs/umbrellas.

The property includes a large pool, children's wading pool, 2 jet spas, several very nice community BBQ and picnic areas, 2 newly resurfaced tennis courst and 3 pickelball courts (free of charge), and a work out facility near the pool. On Wednesday afternoons, guests enjoy free entertainment poolside. On Thursday morning, there are free tennis clinics. On Fridays, there are free morning lectures on either turtles or whales, poolside. Equipment and tour rental services are also poolside. Kamaole Sands offers 24 hour security.

Kamaole Beach Park III is just steps away, with swimming, boogie boarding and snorkeling with turtles. The family friendly park has an expansive lawn perfect for games, picnicking and watching the amazing Maui sunsets. The beach area also has restrooms, showers, charcoal grills and lifeguards. Beach-walkers can walk south for miles from Kamaole III along other beautiful beaches or walkways.

Kamaole Sands is within walking distance of shopping and many great restaurants in Kihei, and just a 5 minute drive to Wailea, an upscale resort area with a beautiful outdoor shopping mall and abundant fine dining. Several world class golf courses are minutes away.

We had an amazing stay at this Maui condo! From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, clean, and welcoming. The unit was beautifully maintained with modern touches, comfortable furniture, and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. Waking up to ocean views and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was truly unforgettable.The location couldn’t have been better—close to great beaches, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet and private. The pool and grounds were also immaculate, and the staff on site were friendly and helpful.This condo made our trip feel like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Maui!

Great place to spend 10 days in Maui!!

We had a great time here in Maui, and staying here was part of the reason why our trip was amazing. We would recommend it to anyone coming here. Affordable, clean, and felt like home away from home. We had no complaints with everything provided. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler for the many times we went to the beach. We'll definitely be back!

Great stay in Kihei

My family, including my wife, and young adult children enjoyed a wonderful week in this unit. It is very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. It was spacious for five of us, even though we did not spend much time inside. The view is great, and there is not road noise at this unit. The walk to Kam III beach is about three minutes. The location in South Kihei is great, as the beaches get better in Kihei the further south you go. Will definitely try to rent here again!

Amazing Location and host

We had a fantastic time at this property. It is situated in the perfect spot where everything is walkable. We walked to the beach every day and boogied boarded. The shaved iced spot was not too far away and there were tons of great spots to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and helped us navigate through minor issues that popped up. Loved being here can't wait to be back!!

First time at VRBO

This property was better than I expected, and the check in process went smoothly. Stayed here for 3 nights and cooked most of our meals. It had everything we needed and more and had a great location. My parents rented another condo on this same property but unfortunately their condo was not as nice as ours and their wi-fi went out. Our wi-fi was fast and reliable. Would definitely stay here again.

Since our honeymoon in Maui 33 years ago, the island has captured my heart. I've stayed all over the Hawaiian islands, but south Kihei has always been my favorite, with the most beautiful beaches stretching for miles and miles.

Kamaole Sands is the best resort in Kihei....it is perfectly located near necessary amenities, yet you also have the most beautiful, accessible beaches right next to you. It is family friendly, however, quiet and relaxing at the same time.
