Great location near Dennis Beaches

Our stay was great. We had all of the amenities we needed, and we were a short drive from amazing Cape Cod beaches. We also had access to Princess Beach, a short walk from the house, which was a nice option for morning and evening walks.

Perfect for a family weekend

We stayed here for a family wedding weekend and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the backyard, bunkbeds, and walk to princess beach. Very clean as well!

House was exactly as described, clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Only issue was the window shades, which were more for privacy than room darkening. They didn't block lights from the street lights and it was too bright at night.

Not the best experience

To make it short: the dishwasher handle was broken, I called the management and they tried to assure me that it was fixed right before we arrived. That's a lie! I have pictures! I asked management for discount for the inconvenience, they said someone will call me back - nobody did! Another lie! The pots and pans were covered in rust, impossible to use, I took pictures of them as well. I had to buy my own. What kind of vacation is this for such large amount of money to do dishes by hand and to go shopping for pots and pans because they were not provided or whatever was there is impossible to use?! This is unacceptable!!! Also, one bathroom in 3 bedroom home is definitely not enough, but this is something I signed up for in the beginning.

Hi Rimma, I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences during your trip. It looks like the replacement part was on order and communicated prior to your trip, which has since been fixed. I apologize for the delay in that, it did take us a bit longer to receive it then anticipated. I do see there was a call placed which was not able to connect with you, and again apologize we were not able to reach out to you upon our attempts. This was also our first report this season of rusty pots/pans, we'd of course happy to communicate deficiencies to the homeowner for resolution if we are made aware of them. We do our best to accurately describe our listings, especially bedroom and bathroom accommodating, along with utilities like dishwashers - which we're all accurately portrayed upon booking. We're always happy to help, being a local business on Cape Cod we want to give every guest an excellent experience. I'd love to host you again, maybe at a better fitted property for you. Pop Up Visit

It was a last minute booking as my husband and I "popped up" to visit our daughter. The property is as described and photographed, it was also very clean. I am providing a review as to the property management team of Del Mar Vacations. Traveling with two dogs is not easy and when the first property I wanted to book didn't allow for both of my fur babies, Del Mar Vacations worked with me on multiple options. From the minute we pulled up to the drive way and until our departure, they were in constant communication with me to ensure I had a wonderful time (don't worry, they didn't blow up my phone or anything, just check ins). I was pleasantly surprised with the "5 star" service. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place in Cape Cod to book with Del Mar, they are fantastic!

Lovely stay!

My family and I (including 18 month old) had a wonderful time on vacation. The check in process was a breeze and an early check in was available which was awesome. Off the beaten path, but a short drive to Dennis beaches. Awesome outdoor space and big kitchen!

Nice home

Cute house, great for small family. However encountered some frustrating issues: batteries in all tv remotes dying, knob to start dishwasher missing, Livingroom couch legs loose and wobbly. Overall a great stay; just little details you expect to be taken care of for a vacation rental.

Good Location

Great location. Missing some essentials, just little stuff you find other places: dishrack, big glasses, one normal-sized chair, any comfortable place to sit of normal height (everything too low or high). Great service by rental company!
