We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was very clean. The decor and layout were so adorable. It had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was convenient to everything and a peacefully, quiet neighborhood. The beach was a short distance away; we went down to watch the sunrise which was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect place for some much needed time away.

This is our second year at this home. We stayed in the other half last year. The home is a perfect size for us as a couple. The home is spotless, comfortable inside and out, and the location in Dennis Port makes it a perfect home base for the week. The kitchen is very well appointed with quality cookware and dishes. The dead end street is very quiet. Looking forward to next year.

Cottage was in a great location and very clean.

Spent the week of June 29th with my son, his wife and my daughter's 2 children. We loved the location and the cottage was very clean. Only drawback was no dishwasher. The owners were very receptive to our inquiries and were prompt with responses. I wiuld definitely return in the future.

This is our third time at this place

This little beauty is on a dead end sheet, just the right size for a married couple. We once had our daughter stay with us and there was still plenty of room. We always enjoy the short walk to the ocean. Nice large patio areas out back.

Best rental yet!

This is honestly the best rental we’ve ever stayed in! The home was extremely clean, well stocked and features newer/very comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the backyard fire pit and patio. The location is great. You can walk to a nearby beach (nice to have when the beaches all charge for parking). It’s also conveniently located to many destinations on the Cape. We would definitely book again!

Great property, great location!

My family went to Dennis Port for a week. We chose this location as it is a central spot on the Cape, and we were not disappointed! The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay (and I can be pretty picky!). Was happy that we didn’t need to pack sheets and bath towels. We were easily able to get everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed local beaches and shopping, as well as a few out of town. It was a great week!

Casual, pleasant property.

Casual, pleasant property a little tired looking after the summer season, I rented for 10 days after Labor day. Plenty of equipment in kitchen, comfortable beds. The garden was tacky, weeds, broken chairs etc. The outdoor shower was terrible, dirty,rusty . We did not use the garden as beaches were near. I would rent again as the cottage was nice and relaxing.

Mini vacation in lovely cottage

My husband and I had a wonderful stay for 3 nights just after Labor Day. The cottage was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfy. AC worked well. The backyard was a plus for having a meal outside. I would like to repeat that a big plus was a cleanliness of the cottage and no smell at all. We know some of the properties on Cape have musty smell. Not in this cottage! Location of this property was also good: it is on the quite street. However, it was not just a steps from the beach. Yes, you can walk to the beach if you don't carry beach chairs and bags - and we used to do this before sunset. However, if you plan to spend couple of hours on the beach then driving would be a better option. Overall, we loved the place and would recommend it to couples or families with children. Thank you for having us in your lovely cottage!

Great property, quality response from management when maintenance issue arose. Clean, quiet, walkable to the beach, minutes means more 10-15 than a couple which is fine just not what I had in my head. Car is necessary for supplies however. Great place for an affordable price. Would recommend!

Short walk to the beach

We enjoyed our stay in Dennis Port. The cottage was perfect for 4 adults. We walked to a small beach a block away from the house. We also drove to a much larger beach. There is a bakery and breakfast place less than a mile away from the house. We had a good time exploring the area.

Great house and the outdoor space is awesome!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We spent a ton of time in the outdoors space doing crafts with our 3 year old and preferred to do take out so we could eat back there most nights. We are walking distance from a nice beach and there were lots of good restaurants close by. The Del Mar was very responsive and helpful. We loved the house all around and it was great to have a comfortable bed to sleep in at the end of the long days! Definitely a place worth staying again!
