Large house for rent on five + acres with a stream next to the house. Five minutes to Windham ski slopes, ten minutes to Hunter Mountain.

All new appliances, radiant floor heat, new wood style flooring. Main hiking trails within a 2 minute walk. CD Lane Park with a lake and all sports accommodations is just a 3 minute walk. Beautiful location.

This is a fantastic secluded retreat for you to enjoy an adventure getaway with your friends and family! Please note! Guests responsible for electric and wi-fi charges for month-long or longer stays. All or any utility receipts to be provided. Please note: 2-night minimum for holiday weekends.

Nestled in the Catskills

Tom was incredibly communicative and easy to work with for our last minute reservation. Only spent one night on the property, but everything went smoothly. The house was incredibly clean and we also loved that it was about a 2 minute walk to the start of the Elm Ridge trail and a fantastic 3-4 hour hike up to the top of Windham Peak. Thanks!

Great find!

We just returned from a short holiday stay in Windham and were fortunate to find this property. This is a newly refurbished property and we were lucky enough to be the first renters. The house was extremely clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the heat worked well. There are 2.5 bathrooms. One of the full bathrooms is renovated and the other is not, but it works perfectly well. There is also a convenient cute 1/2 bathroom off the Master BR. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and the owner, Tom, was easy to reach by phone for any questions. Windham was a short 11 min drive away. We would rent here again!

Responsive manger, but the house was not clean

The house was not clean as we expected. There was hair in the bath tub and the pot/pan are not clean either. The bedroom was very smelly and I can’t sleep well due to the odor. There was heavy rain and strong wind on the day we were staying. A tree branch fell on my car. We called the manger, he immediately sent someone to help us to remove the branch, but there is a damage to the car. I’m still waiting for Tom to help me to claim the damage with the vrbo insurance company. Overall, the staying will be nicer if the house is much cleaner. Tom is very responsive manager and I thanks for his help.

It was very seamless. Tom and I communicated throughout the entire process to ensure everything was smooth. The property was beautiful - nothing but great things to say!
