We had a very nice stay at La Bonita over the Christmas holiday. The house was located in a local neighborhood within 15-20 minutes walking time to the plaza and restaurants. The house was very clean and very well equipped.

Fantastic stay in Santa Fe

The house could not have been in a better location, and the property itself is impeccable. They thought of everything and had more than ample room for 6 guests. It is pretty, comfortable, and spacious. We would absolutely stay there again. We have stayed in many vrbos and this was one of the best.

Absolutely Perfect

This house is perfectly located and very close to old town Santa Fe, well furnished, lots of room, and very quiet. Great backyard to relax after a day of shopping and sightseeing. Check in was a breeze and responsiveness to inquiries was very quick. Would highly recommend this house when you are in Santa Fe!

Great House—Perfect Location!

We had 3 couples staying here and it was great. We could walk to the square and other nearby places. The garage access made it really easy with our rental cars. House had all the kitchen things you would need! And the checkout process was **CHEF’S KISS** Thanks for making our weekend so great!

This property fit all of our needs for a group of six (3 couples): spacious, clean, comfortable, private bedrooms and bathrooms, a 2-car garage with additional easy on-street parking in front, and a convenient location close to downtown. We had a wonderful time, and hope to come again!

Peaceful and Spacious

We are a family of four and had a wonderful stay. House was spotless. Plenty of space for all of us. Lovely private backyard where we ate and relaxed. Really enjoyed sunset walk on a public path up a hill with a beautiful view - just down the street. Thanks!

About 3-4 blocks from the plaza, just off Artist Road (straight up to ski Santa Fe). Beautiful new build with all the amenities. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and clean. Decent sized backyard. Beautiful view from upper deck. Would highly recommend

Best Rental Ever

This was definitely one of our famous houses we have ever stayed in. It was spacious and clean. We really liked that each bedroom had a king size bed! And a tv! Our dog also enjoyed staying and using the back yard. There is nothing negative to say about this house. We also enjoyed the care packet from the owner. We will definitely stay in this house again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great home in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly appointed home, which offers every kitchen, appliance and gadget you would need. This was a Thanksgiving week trip with my family, which included three adult children. We did lots of exploring throughout the area, including a tremendous amount of hiking. We were there for one week and only ate out three times electing to cook all our other meals in the home, which was perfectly equipped, including a wonderful barbecue grill. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone, and we hope to come back again in the future and stay in the same place.

Immaculate property

We had a wonderful stay in Santa Fe, Thanks to the wonderful home away from home we found. This property was immaculate, well constructed, well insulated, tastefully furnished, and most importantly sparkling clean (we are picky!). Kitchen and bath supplies were great. Back again on the topic of cleanliness, we really appreciated how clean the coffee machine was inside out. The location was central, a short walk to the plaza. We will be back!

Perfect Place for Girls Getaway

We had 6 ladies ranging in age from 49-77 and throughly enjoyed our stay here! Spacious house on quiet street close to everything! 3 king bedrooms and 3 baths gave us all comparable accommodations and plenty of space to relax and visit. This property feels like a home with everything you will need. Beds were comfortable with very nice linens. Plenty of towels and every kitchen gadget you could want. We rented a minivan for 6 adults and it was super convenient. This house is close to everything but would be a bit of a hike to and from downtown. Cleaning fee seemed high but you literally just walk out the door…

Oasis in Santa Fe

A very nice property in a quiet neighborhood in Santa Fe, yet close to the Plaza area. Property was exactly as described in the listing. Each bedroom had a comfortable King size bed and bath. Living area was comfortable and well laid out. Large covered back patio with plenty of room to sit and relax. Property management company, Two Casitas, is very easy to deal with, and they make sure the property is clean and well stocked with essentials. We’ve been coming to Santa Fe for many years, and this is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in. We would definitely rent this again when we come back with family. A top notch property in a top notch location managed by a top notch company.

Yes you can walk to town but it takes15min downhill and a bit longer going back uphill. No views from the unit. The sheets look terrible,glad i had brought my own.

We have clocked the time to walk to The Plaza at 11 minutes, but of course, everyone has different walking speeds and styles. It is very difficult to find a three-bedroom home that is substantially closer to The Plaza than this one, but we do have a few in our inventory, so we encourage future travelers to ask us about this if a 10-15 minute walk is too much for them. It is true that this home does not have views, but we do not advertise that it does. If you are looking for views, please let us know and we will make a recommendation. We have never had a single complaint about the quality of our sheets, but we are glad that you had extras for your stay.

Great Get-Away!

We were 6 couples and the house was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc., everything you need if you want to cook. Just bring your food and drinks. HomeAway had some incorrect info for keying in the front door. When I requested clarification from the property managers they responded quickly and confirmed the info THEY provided was correct. All was well! Loved the house, it was perfect for the 6 of us! I would highly recommend it!

This was a gorgeous, spacious, well appointed home, worth every penny we spent for it. We slept three couples without feeling on top of each other and were able to host a gathering of friends. Close to Santa Fe center (you can walk if you want to), yet quiet. The host was clear in communications, responsive when I called, and set few requirements for closing out our stay.
