Our second visit was even better than our first!
This was our second trip to The Beech House and we loved it even more than the first! The location on the lake is perfect. Not only are there beautiful views from the property, but it feels really private. Deb and Tim were so accommodating and the house is well stocked- we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! We would highly recommend this wonderful place!

Paradise in Maine!
My family and I had the best time. The property was beautiful - so clean and well maintained. The view from anywhere in the house was amazing. Glorious windows with great breezes. An incredibly well stocked house as far as supplies - kitchen was a dream for preparing meals. Plenty of space for two adults and 2 kids (ages 11 and 12). It was so comfortable with the perfect amount of seating. The location on the lake is ideal. Quiet and serene. Nice deck to sit and eat. Great yard space for camp fires. Morning sunrises were amazing!

Little slice of heaven on earth
We LOVED our stay at the Beech House. The owners made the reservation and check in process so easy and the house was stocked with everything we could have needed. The setting is incredible and we loved swimming in the lake and having campfires each night. If you want to unplug and enjoy a freshwater lake. - this is the place. We can't wait to go back next year.

My husband and I grew up in Ellsworth, Maine. Most of my childhood was spent on Branch lake (a nearby lake in Ellsworth) fishing, swimming and canoeing. When our family had the opportunity to purchase this camp, we were thrilled because now our family will get to make our own memories on the water. We live about 40 mins away so Otis is a wonderful escape from our everyday living.

Why they chose this property

This camp was perfect for us because it's close to my husbands work as well as close to other family members who live on the lake. We love our location because of the privacy, distance away from the dirt road and the 150 feet of open views of the lake. For years we have been renting different camps all around Beech Hill pond and now we finally have our own to share with people. We might be biased but it's perfect!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the amazing views from the huge picture windows and sliders inside the camp. Our favorite place to eat is sitting on the deck watching the boats and birds. Inside the camp the kitchen/dining area wooden ceiling is just beautiful. It gives the camp a very warm and welcoming feeling.
