A generously-sized additional bathroom with shower and tub and a large laundry room with washer and dryer, drying rack, and iron with board complete this floor.

Lower Level Description
Large family lounge with tall ceilings, high quality sectional sleeper sofa, 65” Samsung smart tv with cable and Sonos perfect for “movie nights,” and additional separate seating area. A second large entertaining lounge with wet bar and game table offer even more space for socializing and playing board games. A separate Queen bed is available for on-site setup or you can make use of the sleeper sofa. Separate office with desk and additional Keurig accommodates the (sometimes necessary) need to “reconnect to reality” while working in a quiet, dedicated space. This level is completed with a large walk-in closet and full bath, as well as a separate large storage area with beach equipment, additionally accessed from the backyard.
