THANKSGIVING 2025
Lovely home. Warm and inviting. Great ammenties. Perfect for largre families. Lots to do in and around the home. Close to downtown Flagstaff.
The house was very clean with unique and functional living spaces. The upstairs rooms had sitting areas that were great for multiple families staying together. The newly renovated bathroom upstairs was really nice.
Great place for our large family. Plenty of room and entertainment for the kids.

Great place for a family reunion
Ehjoyed a lovely time in Flagstaff for a family reunion. Something for every age group. We did a fair amount of cooking and this was the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend it. In fact, one of the in-laws said she would consider it for a reunion on her side of the family.
The house is described accurately and was fun to stay in. The table was large enough for 10 to play games and eat at. There were many sleeping options.
I didn't feel it was appropriate to require every adult to provide a photo ID.
We do an annual trip to Flagstaff with a group of friends, family, and children. The home was perfect size for the 10 adults, 2 kids, and 2 infants. We loved that there were not only enough sleeping spaces but enough living space for us to spend time together. We loved the outdoor space in the backyard and all the games like pool! Everything was well labeled and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Our host was a great communicator! It is also in a perfect location for going to the sled park, skiing, and exploring downtown Flagstaff/NAU. Thank you!
This house was great! We really enjoyed it. It had all the space and beds we needed for a group of 13. It was close to places in downtown Flagstaff that our group frequented during the stay. And the hosts were very helpful with any questions.
It had a lot of amenities for the kitchen. If staying with a big party for more than 3 nights, I suggest bringing extra trash bags, toilet paper and tissues (tissues were not provided which most places don’t so we bring our own based on experience)
Overall, I’d recommend this house for families or groups that was some fun.
My wife and I gathered our whole family, plus our kids and grandkids (4 kids 18 months - 5 years old, plus 7 adults). For our family, the house was perfect. The 2 young families (with 2 kids each) took the upstairs bedrooms which could each easily handle a family of 4 - 2 adults with 2 young kids. The old folks took the downstairs bedrooms (my wife and I in one, and my wife’s sister in the other). Plenty of room. Well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for the little ones to spread out. Lots more space for kids to sleep, but they would have to be much older than ours. Location is ideal - right by the two major highways (40 and 17) for day trips to Sedona and Grand Canyon railroad.
This home was beyond perfect for our family of 12 ranging in age from 19 to 69. It was so nice to be able to have this much room for all of us. The younger ones really enjoyed the media room and pool table. The location was perfect for us as we had planned Hot Air Balloon Rides south in Sedona, Grand Canyon private tours to our northwest, and a full day on the slopes at Snowbowl.
The home was so well stocked and had many extras that had me feeling like I was in my own kitchen. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. It certainly had everything one could hope for. The griddle on stove & electric griddle made breakfast a breeze for 12 people.
I would stay here again in a second Heidi went way beyond on helping us with our check in and out, answered questions immediately. It was as if she had me on speed dial.
The fireplaces were such a nice treat, as well as, the outside Christmas lights and the Christmas tree in our living area.
All in all, it truly was a magical Christmas Holiday for us. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us.

We took a blended family, with five children between the ages of 6 and 12, and a grandma, for a long President's Day weekend in Flagstaff. We explored the area, drove to the south rim of the Grand canyon, spent a day at the snow bowl, visited the Flagstaff snow park, and had a great time. this home is very spacious, we all had plenty of room to spread out, and the beds are more comfortable than your typical VRBO for sure. There were a few issues like the pilot light was out on the fireplace in the living room but the owner responded very quickly. We also had a malfunction with the kitchen sink that sprayed water impressively around the kitchen, and a microwave that didn't work... Small details that were annoying for a few minutes but overall the great house was well worth the trip. We would return and bring more family and friends because there was plenty of space for all of us. Our kids particularly enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, movie room and played hide and seek in the multiple closets etc. Definitely the most spacious VRBO I have stumbled into.
The owner was very responsive by text. I'm sure that if something bigger had come up, or we had been worried about the microwave or been unable to fix the sink, she would have responded promptly. Easy to check in and out. Wonderful location with beautiful dark sky.

Many parts of this stay were frustrating
We were very excited for this stay in Flagstaff, location of the house is perfect but we had issues in the home. One of the bedrooms does not have a door, and it is downstairs right off of the living room - they have simply put a curtain up which really doesn't allow for much privacy. SKYLIGHTS, wow were these a problem. There are skylights everywhere, in all the wrong places too. These skylights were brighter than any bedroom light in the morning forcing us to be up even if we were not ready to be. Typically there are sliding covers for these but in this home there were not. Our biggest problem was actually the host. She was very specific with the booking information, unlike other bookings and to top it off she texted us during our stay to turn off the lights! One, that means she is watching us from somewhere which is very uncomfortable and two, we should not have a curfew on vacation. At approximately 9:30pm on our first night I received a text message (not on Homeaway because she insisted to have my cell phone number) to turn off the lights in the backyard. This was unacceptable and made us worry about the rest of our stay.

Our listings are carefully built to reflect our properties in an accurate light and we use professional photos so guests have an idea of what to expect. The photos in the listing show the bedroom that has a curtain for a door and skylights, but we apologize if you overlooked these details. We also note in the listing the policies associated with making a reservation at this home, including providing a photo ID upon check-in. These policies are in place to protect the property. This home regularly receives positive feedback and we are confident future guests will have exceptional stays! Best, the Evolve Team
This home was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner, many sources of entertainment for the adults and kids, super clean, and spacious! We all really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay in this home again!
We had a very large family Thanksgiving at this property and I can only say it was fabulous! The house is huge with many rooms that allowed us to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed for our dinner...and the air hockey table and pool table were very popular.
We visited Sedona, The Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Waputaki Pueblo, Sunset Crater and Old Flagstaff during our stay since they are all within a fairly short distance from the beautiful location of the house. The driveway held all 5 of our cars and the wooded area felt like we were out in the forest not a half mile from downtown.
If you need a large place for big gathering...this is the home to choose!
We were able to have all of our friends/couples stay with us for our destination wedding with plenty of space! The location is convenient to down town and other areas. Great place to stay with a large group.
The owner of the property was very kind and the check in and check out process was very easy. The property was beautiful and perfect space for a big family. The kids had so much fun and stayed entertained with board games and toys the property had. And the adults had a blast with the pool table. Thank you for the stay.
We had an amazing stay with our kids and their families! This property gives you so many options for entertaining everyone while still allowing privacy. Fully equipped kitchen so you can cook for everyone too. I would absolutely book this home again, you won't be disappointed!!
This property is very comfortable and spacious to allow for a large family group. We really enjoyed our stay as it had all the creature comforts. The communication with the manager was awesome.
