Quality and value for money
This was a perfect place for us to stay over a long weekend with our dog. It would be great for a longer stay, because it has everything that one needs. It was clean, modern and well located, in a quiet street but with close access to supermarket and shops. We will try to stay here when we are in Warrnambool again.

I was comfortable in the home and the location right off Tamiami was great. Thank you for making your place available.

Clean, private and conveniently located
This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and it will always be our first choice when visiting Warrnambool. It is clean and well presented, and very good value for money considering the other properties available. Our dog has good shelter outside and a private well fenced area. It is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket, seafood shop and bakery etc, and a few minutes drive down to Pavilions and the breakwater.

Comfortable and convenient!
Had a lovely weekend away with our dog in this beautiful townhouse. We were really suprised and pleased with the location of the house, a short walk away from town, cafe's and shops. Suited our needs perfectly. The house itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We were so happy that the house was also dog friendly, the only reccomendation we would make is for the backyard side fenced to be more sturdy or better reinforced, so that bigger dogs such as our Lab, could be left outside.

Hi Selma, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad you enjoyed the house. I'm so sorry for the fence not being secure for your dog, I thought it was fixed. We are currently working on it to make it more secure so future guests can bring their pets away with them. Kind regards Natalie

Comfortable stay in Warrnambool
We had a fantastic few nights in Warrnambool in this townhouse. It was well equipped in terms of cookware and the kitchen itself was great. The couches were quite uncomfortable, however with extra cushions became bearable. The bed on the other hand, was extremely comfortable! The only minor issue we had was that the backyard was not fenced off properly on one side of the property, which meant that we couldn't let our dog outside off his leash, despite it being a pet friendly home. Communication with the owner, Natalie, was wonderful and we very much enjoyed our stay. Warrnambool is one of our favourite spots in Victoria so we will definitely be back again, and will recommend to others planning to visit Warrnambool, as this house is located within walking distance of everything. Thanks!

Disliked: Communication
Unprofessional
We experienced extreme unprofessionalism from the host. A man who was known as the owner of the property came inside the house 3 times during our 2-night stay, and it was an utter disturbance.
When contacted before our stay, we were informed that all linen and towels would be provided. The linen was provided, but there were no bath towels. The only towels we could find were two face towels and two hand towels for our family of four. But we didn't bother much about it since we had our own towels and didn't intend to use any other towels during our stay, totally for hygienic reasons.
However, what happened during our return back home was extremely disappointing. We received multiple phone calls and text messages from the owner (a lady, this time), accusing us of stealing their bath towels!!! The first call came just 5 minutes after we had left the property. They had jumped to conclusions that were totally ridiculous and disgusting.
More than that, she complained that more than 4 people were staying on the property. However, it was just my family, which consists of me, my husband and our two daughters, who stayed on the property for the entire stay. We assume the man who visited the property counted the shoes we left at the entrance to the house, although he must understand that a person can have more than one pair of shoes.
It would be helpful if Stayz could provide some background/profile information about the host before the booking to prevent this type of incident in future.

This guest is not welcome anymore to my property. Don't follow house rules. Book for 4 people, but had more in the house. 6 towels went missing.
Great location, poor management and very poor privacy for guests
House has changed from the original photos, decor has been made more outdated and the cleanliness is at bare minimum, beds are hard as a rock and there is not enough towels for a two night stay for 4 adults so i suggest taking your own. Owner entered the property on the first morning of our stay while we were not present and then sent a male friend of hers around to the property around 10-11pm at night to tell us the table we had moved to enjoy a alfresco breakfast needed to be moved back which we had every intention on putting back before the end of our stay as I always leave the homes clean and the way we found it with all linen in a pile to wash to save the host time.
Firstly the owner could have called or messaged me in regards to this, secondly the owner had not only entered while we was out for the day but sent a man to speak to us who come to the back-door of the home instead of knocking on the front door. He entered the home from the back-door while we were all sitting in the front room (Living room) and scared myself and my 3 other girlfriends while we in the front room of the home thinking there was a intruder. We were all in our pjs and this whole experience had us all very scared for the rest of our stay wondering how many more times they would enter the home when they should not be going there at all while we are renting the home. I had one of my friends wanting to leave and stay in a hotel because she was so concerned and her anxiety was through the roof and I don't blame her !!
We left the home in a cleaner manner than when we had arrived as that is what we do at all accommodations on our girls trips but I am extremely angry that this happened and will never stay there ever again.
I understand that some people can't be trusted in a property and the owners are uneasy also but this is the risk you take and you cannot enter a home that is occupied especially when you can call for concerns and use the front door not enter the back of the property spying ect I can't express how uneasy this has made us all. We are not young children we are 4 adult women who are all mothers ourselves who was there for a stress free weekend without the children and this experience caused us more fear and stress than we arrived with.
I recommend the host read the legal terms and conditions on entering the homes while occupied because this is all far from ok.

Is it normal for people to take furniture outside from inside, when there is table and chair for 6 people. The owner knock the door front and back no answer. There were a note on the garage door that linen guy is coming to deliver linens. As instruction before check in any problem or concerns the owner is just a phone call away.
Very comfortable and very generous with supplies. Only thing that concerned us was the lack of lockable fly screens. We would have loved to have been able to open bedroom windows and back door.
This property has a very modern and homely feel. It is nice and clean, and is in walking distance of everything.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
