Property with classic decor and wonderful views. Located on the prestigious beachfront of pitangueiras beach the high floor apartment belonged to one of the main builders of the São Paulo coast, idealizing even the building itself. In addition to the apartment, the building has beach entrance, game room and beach service with tents and chairs placed.
We have five rooms, two large Suites, two dormitories and a room of maid. Located on a high floor and in a building standing on the sand, the large balcony has direct views of the sea and beach.
