Property Information: This townhouse is 1200 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private garage. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and each has its own balcony, allowing for maximum privacy and comfort. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin bed. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living for additional sleeping space. Designated WIFI throughout. A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for meal preparation. A convenient washer and dryer are located in the garage and available at no additional cost.
The Ponce Landing complex's grounds are meticulously maintained and feature two outdoor pools and a private boardwalk to the beach.

Fantastic location and value!

We loved staying here… clean, plenty of room and you can’t beat the location. We enjoyed coffee in the upper balcony each morning and the walk to the beach right out of the back door.

Fantastic property to stay at in St Augustin.

My family and I loved this condo for the week that we stayed. This property is ocean front and has amazing sunrise views, very close to town, food, and intertainmen. We took daily beach walks to the pier and had a fantastic time exploring St Augustine, Kennedy Space Center, and Daytona. all within a one and a half hour drive.

Great place - well stocked

We just came home from one of our best beach trips! We wanted a great view and easy access to the beach. We got both plus a well stocked kitchen. Communication was amazing with the property manager as well. Thank you!

Lovely place great location

Can’t beat this location. St Augustine Beach is our favorite. This condo is perfect, close to everything, has all that you need, and super close to beach. Loved the 2 pools and easy short walk on the pier across the dunes to the beach. Wi-Fi / cell service in the area isn’t perfect, so keep that in mind if trying to work remotely. However, location to fantastic restaurants, St Augustine, mini golf, and beach can’t be beat! Also loved having a garage. Condo also had beach chairs and extra umbrellas which were super handy! Will def be back! Thank you!

Clean concerns

The air ducts were covered with mold or mildew, like nobody stayed there for weeks. The ground floor toilet did not refill and dispense properly, we had to watch and shut off manually! Everything else was nice, but a little dated

Perfect location

This townhouse is in the perfect location. Not in the hustle-bustle area but close enough to local restaurants and attractions. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because although it is perfectly cleaned, it is outdated and has carpet stains. We had trouble with the Xfinity cable - thinking the box needs updating.

Right on the beach

The condo was old but immaculately clean. beds were not too hard nor too soft. lInens and towels nice quality . Everything you would ever want to cook was there. little trouble with keypad key but quickly resolved with hostess. Main bedroom terrace great place for cocktails overlooking the sea. Great wide gorgeous beach.and a very quiet safe neighborhood
